Tried free trial , cancelled on 26/05/2025 by email . Nevertheless they tookk money on 26/06/2025 They dont iunderstand that a written cancellation takes effect whenreceoipt is acknowledged in law. So they have stolen from me

It was so easy to sign up. I am looking forward to looking at ALL the products offered. I like reading and learning. I think it will be a great fit.

Be careful. You don't get to see the books before you sign up. There is no search option. You have to read what they offer. If you're looking to read specific books, as I am, stay away. There are much better less expensive options. Finding the link to cancel your account is like a scavenger hunt.

I didn't find the book I want from this website and wanted to cancel the subscription. But I couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted the team but received no reply. I thought my account was canceled. But actually not, I got charged and I have to google how to cancel from this website. Really bad experience. I don't understand why they hide the cancel button from users. What if someone couldn't figured out how to stop the subscription? Really bad to making money in this way....

do not—i repeat—do not sign up for allyoucanbooks unless you wanna get finessed outta your money and your sanity. i did the “free trial” and guess what? they ain’t even got macbeth. that’s public domain. how you run a book site and not have the basics??

then they tried to charge me £25 for a mediocre ass selection. and when i tried to cancel? they locked me out of my account. no cancel button, no account access. the only way to cancel is to email them and just hope someone responds.

this is not a service—it’s a scam in a trench coat. no customer support, no transparency, just a setup.

If -0 were an option for a rating I’d be clicking that. Horrible customer service and impossible to get them to truly cancel an account and they keep charging my credit card even though I’ve asked to have the account cancelled several times.

If I could leave no stars or negative stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever expirenced. I've asked for a r3fund of my money for a cancelation there service wasn't what I needed they didn't have the books I was led to believe. So I canceled and ask t get my money back it was the same day. I don't want a other month but I guess I have no choice don't waste your money

Please do not be duped into thinking this is a good company, it’s not!! The registration process is easy, good books etc but they will not make it easy to cancel, you can’t get a refund and this is where the problems start. I do not believe half of these positive reviews, the ones that have given positive reviews are based on the initial registration! Please do not use!!

Would give 0 stars if possible! Don’t sign up unless you’re prepared to be a member for life. The section is atrocious and customer service even worse. 99% sure this is a scam! Will be cancelling my card because if this

It is so hard to cancel your account. A refund is absolutely impossible and there is only an email for customer service that DOES NOT REPLY!
