The hob I purchased was not suitable and Steve helped me with product advice and exchange for a suitable model. Office staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.

The item (dual cook oven) was said to have damaged packaging but otherwise to be in perfect condition. In fact it seemed that the packaging may have been damaged by a fall sometime, as some 'dings' and 'dents' visible around the rear casing (the front and door are perfect). Inside the trays and grill were unwrapped; and the deep tray has chipped enamel from being bashed around in store and transit.
It may be an unfortunate design feature but the symbols on the oven fascia are unreadable except at eye level and in good direct light. If these are, in fact, supposed to be illuminated, then the illumination feature is broken.
Delivery was as scheduled, and the operatives quick and polite.

All your appliances wasn’t a firm I had heard of before but following a google search for replacement hob found they had the appliance I needed. The order was made and delivery expedited. Was kept informed all of the way with photograph shown delivery. Price was also good. Would definitely use again.

I waited in from 2 pm and 7.30 missed a local village event to nobody turning up!
I then had to ring myself the next day to find out when the delivery was going to be!
4 days later the redeliver and they didn’t use what 3 words and got lost!

The product is great but the support was wonderful. Once the company knew my difficulties (aged 83) they bent over backwards to help with delivery.

I could not fault my experience of shopping with All your appliances online although at first I was a little dubious as I have previously had issues with other companies not meeting my expectations. I needn't have worried. I purchased a Baumatic Hob, new in its original packaging, delivered within 24 hours of ordering and at a very reasonable price. The process was very simple from start to finish and the communication between myself and the company was first class. I would recommend this company to everybody I know as they far exceeded my expectations.

I'd never heard of All Your Appliances. Then I Googled a particular tumble dryer that Which? Magazine said was perfect for our needs. Up popped one with over £200 off because of very minor marks on the side panels alone. I checked their reviews on Trustpilot and then ordered it. I was promised 3 to 6 day delivery, and it arrived in 4, exactly as promised. The couriers used were fantastic, too. The machine is excellent.
