The defects acknowledged in the description did not match the actual defects on the appliance. Someone had clearly tried to install the appliance previously and for some reason had failed. Visible scraping on underside of appliance was a testimony to this. Also, the underside was deformed causing scraping to glass door through repeated opening and closing. I managed to remedy this, but the door glass was consequently damaged on the bottom edge. None of this was disclosed in the description. Nevertheless, the appliance does work correctly and I can put up with the other defects, so 3 stars.

Good branded products, however, the description was new and in original packaging albeit tatty. It arrived in other packaging with lots of bubblewrap. Fortunately it was not damaged but the mounting feet and side infills were missing. Had to make my own rather than wait.

Bought a refurbished item but discovered that there was no serial code (it was deliberately removed and the QR code to connect was cut).

This renders the WiFi/smart functionality effectively useless for us and defeats the purpose of buying a smart device in the first place.

Apparently the serial code was not retained and this was explained as this being a manufacturer removal. But when I called the manufacturer to ask, they confirmed that this wasn’t the case. Have since received some very curt emails back from the support team at AYA with little customer service acumen.

I purchased a Neff oven from All Your Appliances for a really good price and the service I received was excellent, Helen kept me informed and even managed a quicker delivery on a Saturday morning so I would have no hesitation in recommending AYA to anyone.

I was very pleased with ordering the dual fuel Zanussi cooker from start to delivery. The delivery driver was very helpful well worth 5 stars for the company.

Bought a single oven from them it had been an aeg refurb but it still came with its original 12mnth warranty…fitted it and had a couple of issues with it,i called to tell them and a couple of days later a tech came and assessed it as faulty,that afternoon i had a new one FITTED with the same warranty…brilliant service i recommend these guys in fact now if any of my white goods fail il be knocking on there door.!!👍
