This brand is not only amazing, but the service is top notch! The owner himself was able to work with me processing an item that had been sold out and getting it shipped ASAP!
Not only are their products great quality.but the customer service is absolutely fantastic. I had purchased the wrong size TShirt for my son and returned it for a different size. I realised that I hadn’t followed the correct return procedure and emailed the company. The very same day I had an email back confirming that everything was sorted and that the item was ready to be posted. I will definitely purchase from this company again
I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks (since they confirmed receipt)for my refund to be processed. Prompt email response from Customer Services apologising for the delay, claiming it’s due to Christmas returns, however still no refund.
I am updating my review after a speedy response this morning, and finally confirmation my refund has been processed. This was my first experience in returning an item.
I have shopped previously and always been very pleased with the quality.

As for the jacket, it's extremely good quality, a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but still fits well. Will Defentitly buy from them again
I have ordered from ADA many times now. Its always good.
They don't ship same day as it claims on their website! Tracking shows it left their factory 5 days later. Don't claim stuff that is untrue, misleading

Ordered a knitted crew jumper, arrived within a week with no qualms. Really nice fit and good quality material. Got a fair few compliments when I first wore it which was nice. £100 for a jumper was slightly painful though...
The quality of your clothes is excellent but your Customer Service is really poor which is a real shame.
Have been waiting a month now for a refund - even after chasing with emails and WhatsApp messages.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my son for Christmas, it was too big, sent back and had a response that a refund would be within 14 days , this time has passed and have sent more than 1 email , and am still waiting , as this seems to to be a recurring theme looking at the reviews here its a shame as the sweatshirt was good quality too , and not cheap

After writing this review, feeling a bit frustrated, within a few hours i had a lovely response from Sebastian, explaining why things were taking a bit longer , and kindly apologised for my late refund. My son really wanted the sweatshirt , he has ordered before with this company and had no problems , and the clothes have always been good quality, we requested a medium and again with minutes Sebastian replied and today have received the sweatshirt, it's true in saying it's sometimes not the problem , but how you can solve it , Happy customer and thanks Sebastian for your help.

Refund still not processed. Sent back two items which I had confirmation of their return and the refund being processed within 10 working days on 6th Dec.
Understand it's a busy time but no response from multiple emails and phone number isn't answered.
Update- have had a nice email response, and appreciate the speediness of response after I reviewed. I really like the brand so glad this was all resolved.

I ordered a sweatshirt on August 28th and returned it a week later because it was too small. It's now been almost two months, and I still haven't received a refund. I’ve called up multiple times and have been told the refund would be processed, but it hasn't been. I've also sent multiple emails with no response. Really unprofessional and frustrating, looks like I’ll have to be going through my bank to get this sorted out.
