We regret to say…

We regret to say that our experience with Alma has been deeply disappointing. Despite months of trying, we have been unable to secure the promised training for our Alma IQ device. Repeated attempts to contact our sales representative and even upper management have gone unanswered.

Before purchasing our first Alma device, we were assured of excellent customer service throughout the ownership process. Unfortunately, this commitment has not been upheld. This lack of support has severely hindered our ability to fully utilize the device and has left us feeling unsupported as clients.

As a result, we cannot recommend Alma to other professionals and will not purchase any future devices from this company. Investing in advanced technology should come with reliable support, and sadly, Alma has failed to meet this basic expectation.

I did my practical experience here

I did my practical experience here. I am a covered woman and at first didn’t realise why all the stuff were rude and standoffish and gave me dirty looks. I later realised this is an Israeli company and the employees are all zionists. Disgusting treatment. We were forced to work in a storage closet where the laser fumes and smell were much stronger and not the VERY large clinic room they had available and empty. They also accused us of leaving their bathroom dirty with tampons which none of us ever did. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and rude staff. I deal with racism a lot but their disdain for my kind could be smelled a mile away. All of the other trainees with me also noted the staff were weirdly rude, standoffish and not friendly whatsoever. Befitting of Israelis though.

Iam Doctor from Greece

Iam Doctor from Greece. On 11/2019,i bought 58000 euro soprano ice platinum demo laser from the company, with a brand new headpiece. Two and a half years later ,I was about to start earn some money from laser, then the headpiece became out of function out of nowhere. The company said that I had to buy a new one 19000euro.That means I will always own to the company ,because after 1 to 2 years the headpiece or something else expensive will be need extra charge.Stay away .

Do not trust this company and their sales representatives.

My Integrated Medical office purchased two machines from Alma Lasers in June of 2023. Shortly before I went to their convention in Salt Lake City a few of their sales representatives came into my office and made what turns out to be some false promises about not needing to worry about marketing if we purchased products from them. At the convention I spoke with two of their sales representatives. When I met them, I had my wife on Face Time with us because she could not attend the seminar. As they gave the sales presentation, my wife specifically asked them, “If we purchase these machines how do we market these machines. And what if this does not work out for us financially?” I remember this well and so does she. The response was: “Oh, we’ve got you guys covered on this, you won’t have to worry about advertising and marketing.” This was a huge selling point for us. (They gave us the impression that the cost of the machines included all the marketing to get these patients in for treatments.) While we were on Facetime my wife asked the sales reps “what happens if it does not work out for us financially with these machines? The head sales associate’s response was, “It would not be a problem finding someone to take over the payments for your equipment.” He proceeded to tell us that Alma found someone to take over the lease contract for another doctor that was closing his business.” He said this guy was from Colorado or Wyoming. This put our minds at ease GREATLY.
They promised a lot of bells and whistles so we ended up purchasing two machines for over $193K. Alma pledged that with the purchase of these machines we would be taken care of by two marketing companies that worked for Alma. Neither of these companies have helped bring any patients into our office, period.
Alma gave a lot of empty promises and provided nothing but lies. The biggest mistake we made was that we did not record the sales presentations given by their corrupt sales associates. We have contacted our sales rep and Alma’s customer service asking them to buy back these machines. The customer service department told me they would have their Regional Manager contact me. He has done nothing but try to avoid me. Interestingly enough, he was one of the associates that showed up at my office on one of the occasions to try to sell the machines to us as well. This is the most unethical company with which I have ever dealt. Bottom line, Alma is more worried about their profits than they are about the customers. If you read this, I advise you not to do business with them. I wish I would have read reviews on them before doing any business with this company or any of their dishonest sales associates.

Lies

Lies! Do not buy from them! If you’re going to buy a laser, go on eBay they are a fraction of the price for the same exact thing.

Stalked

Keep in mind: This is after a 2 week prior last minute/end of the day visit needing my taxes now to see if I was eligible for a partnership and marketing assistance to help with laser cost (as I was clear yes I want one but it is NOT feasible now).
2 weeks go by and I figured no word so presumed no luck but then...
Stalked and felt forced to sign on a Friday ... yes a 5'3" under 150# female in my office ALONE when 6'8" over 250# male (CC) showed up and sat for 7 hours (interfering with my work day and family plans after work) despite me saying:

1.) that it was not in the business budget right now and that possibly 6 months from now a purchase such as this would be more realistic especially after able to research and decide- I still had no literature to read to decide what I even wanted.
2.) that I needed to have tangible proof that this was what my small, solo barely making it post COVID-19 practice could successfully implement into practice and community needed (there are other lasers in small town- 1 the exact same one he chose for me
3.) that I needed time to think as more than me suffers consequences of business decisions, my employee has 6 children
4.) that I needed time to read contracts- have my accountant and banker (maybe even husband) review NOTE: I had to call several times over the next 24 hours to get just signed purchase order which lists cost more than half less than I paid.

He sat and watched my tears, uncertainty and ambivalence just waiting for my signature for over 7 hours in my office without letting up. I am still not sure what I am obligated to nor am I able to find literature supporting his claims regarding Alma lasers. This was the 3rd time meeting this representative and looking back I see how I was groomed and stalked, not a partnership but an assault on a female trying to make ends meet but desiring more. Stay away!!
