I purchased two sample note books for…
I purchased two sample note books for about £14. And they aren't even note books, they are just covers! How can I tell the quality of your Merchandise if you don't send a proper sample? I wanted to take them to show to prospective buyers to get orders for more and I can't now. Money wasted and you won't get any more business!

On our website we provide the option to order printed covers and also fully printed and made up notebooks. Printed covers are for those customers who would like to see their designs printed on the correct cover material. You ordered an A5 and an A6 cover which is what we printed. Whilst we are sorry that you did not receive what you expected we fulfilled the order as it was placed.

Reliable quality service, at a price
I have been using local printer for several years to produce a programme (colour, two sided, folded A4) twice a year. (1000 run)
(I provide artwork)
Its always done to a high standard and any problems sorted promptly.
I think, however, that the price has been steadily increasing over the years more than the rate of inflation!

With regards to the price increases the paper mills have increased paper prices at least twice per year for the past few years. The most recent increases in 2018/19 equated to 6% then 4% and finally a further 8%. Whilst we try to absorb increased costs as far as possible unfortunately there comes a point where we have to pass some of these costs on.

Excellent end product. Ability to accept proof was invaluable as I'd uploaded wrong background colour! Quick response and new proofs available to accept in 48 hours. Good turnaround time. Would recommend and will be using again
