Purchased a replacement battery unfortunately the battery was surging and dropping the charge, contacted Alpha and was given a refund almost immediately didn't even wait until he had the faulty battery collected what a top class company full of sincere apologies and went out of their way to help unfortunately I could not wait for a replacement and bought one local fantastic and genuine company. and will have no problem buying again should the need arise they will be my first stop sincere thanks.

Company very nice to deal with and effieiciant in getting back to you. but very poor choice of courier lied to by courier and mixed messages resulted in lost money and time and no product. have since cancelled order and having to take my business elsewhere

Battery turned up day after John and his team Couldn’t do anymore to assist and make it right, will defiantly use again. The way the company handled the situation is how all company’s should be.

I had a problem with a battery no fitting . John from alpha batteries came back to me so quick and was so helpful. I worked out I made a mistake but still John offered to swap the battery over and was polite and could not be more helpful. i would definitely recommend these guys as the customer service was superb, which today is getting harder to find.

Purchased 3 AGM batteries for delivery to Falmouth, good support from Alpha but badly let down by appalling courier DX Express who aborted a delivery at the last minute, took me an hour on the phone to DX to turn the driver back from his return to Plymouth depot. Unfortunately Very few couriers will deliver batteries.

Really helpful when I called for advice on choice of leisure battery. Placed an order and received the battery 24 hrs later. Fantastic service.

Quick easy and simple to order, battery arrived within a few days. Rang the number and was able to speak to somebody Saturday morning who had plenty of time for me and gave good advice , no dialling options to have to battle through with !
Battery is now installed in my car and working. Job done.

Brilliant service. Accidentally ordered the incorrect battery for my vehicle. Spoke to customer services and they arranged the replacement battery to be sent out and the original one to be picked up. All sorted in less than 24 hours. Fantastic. Would definitely use them again. Thanks

I have used Alpha-batteries for quite a few years now with no issues. I recently had an issue with a Lucas Premium van battery on my motorhome which had become troublesome after 3.5 years (it had a 4 year warranty). I contacted Alpha batteries and ended up dealing with Peter.

Despite being unable to get an analysis of the battery carried out by Halfords (due to covid restrictions) Peter took me at my word and organised a brand new replacement. He even had it delivered for free!

The bottom line is that you can trust this company to be low priced and customer focussed. I will only ever use these people for all my batteries in the future.

I have used Alpha Batteries 4x in the past year and every time they have been EXCELLENT. Easy to use website, lots of choice, really competitive prices and unbelievably quick standard delivery. I have called the company and had excellent advice from friendly staff. Credit where credit is due. Great company, highly recomend.

I bought 4 Leoch 130ah lead carbon agm batteries for my narrow boat 13 months ago. I can't speak highly enough of these batteries they have never been below 65% full change you can't say better than that. I would recommend this product and Alpha Batteries to any boater looking for leisure batteries. Great product great price great service.

I've purchased from Alpha Batteries a number of times now. There service is always very quick and impeccable. What makes them really stand out is how they deal with problems. I had a faulty battery recently and John Gabbott couldn't have been more helpful and considerate in resolving my issue. Really lovely people and fantastic service, highly recommended.

To be fair to them my emails apparently went into a spam folder and, since this review, they have very rapidly refunded the money and collected the battery so I've changed my review. I've left the original comment after this to point out that maybe send them a text or phone as well as email.

Bought a leisure battery from them and it failed within a month. Have tried everything but get no response from them at all

Ordered battery on Wednesday pm,delivered Friday pm.Excellent service will use again! Delivery driver even warned to watch my back when lifting,first time that's been said with many deliveries from other couriers.
