I had sat down on my glasses, bending the arms out too wide and they no longer fit on my head properly and would fall off. I decided to send them to AlphaOmega for repair and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My glasses fit like new and they were fixed and returned within 48 hours!

Had a nice pair of old glasses that had lenses scratched up over the years and needed them fast. Thought it would cost the earth to get them done but was given a great quote that sealed the deal. Received them promptly after a few days and they work great; many thanks!

Fantastic service! I recently sat on my new, very expensive glasses and snapped off both arms :(
I called my opticians who advised I would need a new frame.
After looking online I emailed a picture to AlphaOmega who responded within minutes with a price. I took my glasses, waited while they were repaired and for £40 they are as good as new. I highly recommend these guys and would definitely use them again.Thank you!

I snapped my metal frame glasses in half on the weekend and was ready to pay £200 for a new set that would have taken a couple weeks from an optician. Found these guys, and for just £25+shipping they did an excellent job repairing them. I shipped them off on Monday afternoon, and had them back by Wednesday morning!

I contacted the company after reading the reviews on Trustpilot and I was never let down.
The price quoted was fair for my Ray Ban sunglasses and needed lens replaced.
Overall they done the job in a week and in a very professional manner and told me my glasses were ready and received them the next day.
My Ray Ban looks good as new and many thanks for a great service at a reasonable price. First Class service!

Sent my Specsavers glasses to Alpha Omega (Loose / skewed arm on the right). They responded via email immediately saying they will fix and send back that day.
The next day, i received my glasses, FIXED.
Just outstanding service, communication, and speed. Highly recommended and will use again.

I had given up on a broken pair of specs, as one arm had broken off and the nose bridge was broken. I got some new ones but thought I’d see what Alpha Omega could do, expecting to maybe use them as a spare for the car.
I got them back by post and was just amazed how good a job they’d done. It was like getting a new pair. I still can’t work out how they fixed the arm back on. Lovely people and great service. I firmly recommend this service.

A huge thank you to Dave, Linda and the team. I broke my special (to me) Ray Ban sunglasses and have tried many places to see if they could be mended - with no success. Then, I found AlphaOmega! My sunglasses are now perfect again, but not only that, within less than 24 hours! On collection, I took a second pair along and they changed the lenses from prescription back to the original Ray Ban lenses whilst I waited. They couldn't do enough to help me. On top of this, you can also purchase new sunglasses in their showroom! I can't rate this company and the team enough - thank you.

All opticians said they couldn’t mend my broken prescription sunglasses - sent them to you on Saturday received back on Tuesday , like new!

The arm spring on my persol x stone island sunglasses broke, I went to my local opticians they could not fix them so they sent them off to persol in Italy they said as these are so rare and discontinued they could not be fixed, I paid £500 for them persol offered me £100 off a new pair, so after searching online I found alpha omega, I emailed them they said they would have to inspect them, I sent them off on Tuesday they were delivered on Wednesday I was phoned Wednesday afternoon saying these could infact be fixed for £25, amazing, got home today Thursday they were at home fixed and like new, amazing service, super cheap and customer service is fantastic I will 100% be using them again if I ever have any glasses issues.

Excellent service. I posted my glasses on a Wednesday (late morning from Scotland) and received them back on the Friday afternoon fully repaired. I was getting one of the legs reattached. Fantastic job done. Highly recommend.

Sent my Tom Ford glasses on Monday afternoon and got them back fixed and looking like new on Wednesday morning. Absolutely outstanding service.

One side of the pad arms of my new glasses was broken and I sent them to AlphaOmega to fix it. I requested to replace both sides of the pad arms and nose pads as the original ones were not comfortable. Also requested for the same colour as the frame. It costs £40 excluding delivery fee. A reasonable price and my glasses look brand new now. Sent it on Wednesday and got it the next Monday. Really quick service too.

Posted from NI on Wednesday. They phoned Thursday morning fo payment. Returned Friday.
