OMG, sent my Ray Ban glasses to AlphaOmega Glasses Repair, after putting them in the washing machine. One of the lenses was out, thought the frames weren't bad. Just received the repaired item back today, what an amazing job they have done. I must admit I was very sceptical about some of the reviews I had read, but thought I have nothing to lose, I would give them a go. Honestly anybody who has broken glasses or sunglasses, PLEASE use this company. I have basically received a brand new pair of Ray ban sunglasses back. Thank you so much.

Just wanted to say that I was thrilled with the repair. I'd sat on and completely snapped my favourite glasses. Looked online, booked the repair option, posted glasses, got an acknowledgement next working day, and then they were in the post back to me. Really impressed with the quality (am typing this wearing them) and the speed of service. Thanks very much.

Absolutely brilliant service from Alpha Omega Frame Repairs. I sent my frames off late on Friday and had them back with me by Tuesday – incredibly fast turnaround! The repair itself is flawless – you’d never know there was any damage to begin with. The whole process was super easy to organise, smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended

Super quick response and reasonable quote to fix my Raybans, I couldn’t pay online due to a postcode issue but phoned and the lady was very helpful. Sent on Thursday, received back on Saturday and they are like new.

I had a pair of expensive Oakley sunglasses where the bridge had become very loose and un-wearable. This guys carried out a perfect service. The advice was quick and informative, the payment facility was straightforward, the workmanship was perfect and the return of my glasses was quick. I cannot recommend AlphaOmega repairs high enough. These are definitely the go to repair company.

My Vivienne Westwood sunglasses are like new. The leg had snapped right off and you would never know they were ever damaged. Alpha Omega received my sunglasses on a Thursday and had them repaired and back to me by Saturday. Absolutely wonderful service. Very happy with my repair. Cannot recommend more highly.

My initial online query was picked up quickly. I got a few quotes from different places and their price was reasonable. The process to submit your payment was straight forward. I used 1st class delivery to send my sunglasses off. AlphaOmega confirmed receipt the very next day, fixed my glasses and sent them back on the same day! My issue has been sorted and I’m extremely happy.

Unfortunately, I ordered a new pair of specs BEFORE I researched whether a repair of my broken glasses was possible. I thought a snapped bridge on titanium specs would be irreparable. However, AlphaOmegae has done a great job - great communication and fast service. I now have a "almost as good as new" spare pair of glasses

It's really nice to be able to leave a positive review here. I didn't know it was possible to fix a severely bent arm on a pair of glasses, and I was so happy that this company could do it. My glasses were returned to me within 24 hours (I was expecting to wait at least three days) - really excellent service.

What an amazing company!! Have sent in two pairs so far of my old Oakley Juliet titanium sunglasses for repairs, not only did they fix them they returned them super fast and fully cleaned also, 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking to get repairs done

I sent my broken sunglasses for repair and in only a few days they were returned as good as new. Actually probably better than new. Great job and great service.

Like every other reviews says: outstanding. What these guys can do, when high street shops and even original manufacturers say there is nothing to do, is outstanding.
Within 48 hours, from boxing/mailing to receiving, communication is perfect, and service quality is there.

ps: they repaired two pairs: prescription sunglasses (cheap pair, about £120), and rare vintage Persol Ratti 49/02 (bought for over $1000 years ago in the US) which right temple (and hinge) where about to break.
