Products arrived, smelled bad, tried to contact multiple times to return, spent a lot of money and they won’t respond so I can’t get refund

They didn't send my order, shame it's a good product, but bad service. I will not be ordering anymore. If you don't wanna lose your money, I recommend not ordering from this website, trust Trustpilot reviews

The products are good but the inks that they use on the lids of the shaving soaps is awful the inks run when they get damp I was lucky it ran onto the tiles so no damage
The company doesn't reply to any emails and the phone number doesn't work
So as of now I will definitely not be buying any more of there products
Be very careful when and if you decide to use them.

This is not the review I was hoping to write. I placed and paid £32.50 for an order on 25th April. This has still not been delivered. Despite several emails from me I’ve not been able to elicit a response - except one from “Alphy” (who knows) saying they had problems with Evri and they would resend via Royal Mail; that was 3 weeks ago and since then, silence. And no refund.

I try and support small businesses and products are really good but zero communication from them forces me to conclude they may not be in business. Avoid.

Placed order 20th August, had a message to say it was being sent to the courier on the 24th August, and nothing since, I have emailed the company twice and messaged them on social media numerous times, I get a generic message they will get back to me in two working days, still nothing, the communication with this company is shocking, and still no order or refund

I have been more than happy with alphyandbecs over the last couple of years, placing quite a few orders with them. The delivery can take up to ten days, which was fine - it always arrived nicely packaged and the product was just as I had expected.
I'm very disappointed that I am still yet to receive my order placed with them and paid for on 28th January of this year. I have contacted them via email, messenger and Instagram and have heard nothing back. Not an acknowledgement, an explanation, nothing. I have tried calling but the number on their website is not in use. My last order was for nearly £35 which I would like refunded or better still, my order to be sent to me asap.
