Awful company
Awful company. Unreliable, rude and strung out job. Happy to leave us with no hot water over Christmas and with a young family. Avoid them.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Companies should realise that their employees and drivers of their fleet vehicles are a reflection of how people view the business. One of the Alsto Heat vehicles (reg ending TNO) can often be seen driving around town like an absolute idiot. Would not consider using this company as a result.
If you want to preserve your sanity avoid this firm like the plague. We had a problem with our boiler and our neighbour came up with this firm so we rang them and arranged an appointment 2 days later. No one turned up and despite their claims, no one had rung. So we gave them another chance as they said they would come the next day and would ring with an appointment time in the next two hours. No one rang. So rang them back at 4.30, when their site says they work until 6, but the call went to the answerphone. Asked that they ring back asap to inform me whether they would be coming in the morning or afternoon. No response. Rang back at 8 the next morning and spoke to their secretary and said we need to be able to plan what's happening so could she let us know when they were coming. She promised to ring back shortly. Nothing!!!! Then received a phone call from an engineer late morning to say they were on the way, however too late by then as we'd set up another appointment with a reliable firm. So be warned.
