Nothing bad to say...
A lot of hardware ordered in the last 14 years. Still never experienced any trouble, delivery generally in less than 48 hours. Support is reactive and fast.

Horrible service, no delivery after 2+ weeks
Ordered pc components. No delivery after 2+ weeks of waiting even though I was forced to pay for a 24h delivery. No support from Alternate apart from 'BPost has lost the package and we need to start an investigation with them'. No financial compensation, no new shipment. Worst service I have ever experienced with an online order. Their own problems are transfered to the customer.
Edit: BPost has confirmed with me that the sender can recall their package after this 'investigation' and can provide a custom solution for their customer after a package has been lost such as sending them a new copy of their order or refunding the order. Alternate has not done this. It is also very clear that after more than 10 working days, BPost will not deliver this package anymore unless the sender steps in. My order number is 239199758, which was ordered on 14/04, more than 2 weeks ago. If this issue is not resolved by next week, I will contact the police for a case of theft.

Thank you for your feedback! I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. From experience we know that parcels that are delayed in the sorting process are still delivered 9/10. So there is a good chance it will still be delivered, unfortunately the courier service does not allow us to recall the parcel. Besides that, we always have to wait 10 working days for an investigation to be completed. I certainly understand that this is not a pleasant experience. I therefore hope that this will be resolved as soon as possible. Can you also provide me with an order number so that I can check it for you.
