They dont pay subcontractors on time!
They dont pay subcontractors on time! We had a driver on site & job was cancelled but they refuse to pay costs. The driver had been loaded, then had to wait then they unloaded, yet they dont believe they should pay for this time. Ambersphere Solutions was the loading place. We received examples of other Hauliers account charges, from ATS, for the same situation, 2 out of 3 were showing 100% cancel fee. The offer ATS made to us does not cover costs of running a vehicle empty (It was too late to find an alternative run). It is in-fact ATS who are using Bullying tactics! they are the ones who messed up and expect us to financially loose out. It is standard that when a vehicle is cancelled after loading on site 100% charge is appropriate. The Vehicle was loaded then unloaded because another Haulier, ****** Freight was booked for this job, & turned up at the collection as driver was about to leave. Due to poor planning from ATS we are out of pocket & with their Bullying tactics they currently refuse to pay. Terms of the contract were under RHA latest conditions of carriage which clearly state about claiming our costs.
This review has now been edited 3 times, we left a review but ATS seem to keep replying as though this is a chat forum!

This is not factually true, driver was cancelled by the client once when he arrived onsite. Senco Logistics did not have any cancellation chargers listed in our contract so we offered them our standard rate to which they didn't want to accept. We explained how they can update their chargers for future jobs and gave them examples of other Hauliers chargers to assist them to update. RHA do state that hauliers should be paid for the cancellation, which we have offered and approved. Senco wanted to charge for the full 200-plus-miles journey even though you didn't travel these for us. We have always paid them on time for the previous jobs completed. This review and previous emails are bullying tactics which is also slanderous, showing the unprofessionalism of Senco Logistics. As we have communicated several times we are happy to pay the cancellation fee and this is still approved on your account for you to invoice. However, if you want to pursue your invoice through the small claims court as you've threatened in comms, we are happy to defend. We will happily update the outcome of this case on here to provide assurance of our service.

Sorry to hear as a driver you didnt like having to upload your invoice into our system which was an "option" not a demand. We use digital invoicing instead of paper to reduce our carbon footprint. As you have agreed by phone you invoice was paid on time although you didnt check your bank account! Sorry you felt this way. ATS

Great help at short notice
I needed transport for an event at very short notice. Sally and Sonia worked hard to find the vehicles at a competitive price when other suppliers weren't able to find the vans we needed.
