Got the item after one week.

Altitec orally promised to produce and deliver within one week prior to receiving order of batteries. Full order payd upon ordering. Delivery not received after 19 days. When the company is contacted regarding the status of the order, they promise to check and call back, but does not do so. When the manager finally answers, he is unpolitely and unprofessional, bluntly stating that the customer and the order is uniteresting for the company.

Often i asked for help from Altitec for a right product to choose and they were always there to help. They respond very quickly and they ship very fast. I ve been ordering from Altitec now for sometime and i am quite satisfied with their services.

The order was sent with a note that I did not want the product if the delivery time was too long. I almost immediately got a response saying that the item I ordered could take a number of weeks as it was coming directly from the producer. I was offered an alternative which suited my needs, was less expensive and also available to ship out right away. I received a refund on the difference of the cost between what I originally ordered and the product I bought. The item was received in my mailbox quicker that I even thought possible. All in all I was very pleased with every phase of the purchase and I have no hesitation to recommend you to others.
