When I consulted a question, the customer service was indifferent, slow to respond and perfunctory, and finally read the message without replying. I paid for it, with this kind of service attitude, it's better to close the store as soon as possible!

It’s very poor customer service they’re not helpful very delayed every 20 minutes they will respond sorry disappointed

I got an email to say that I needed to pay the balance before they will deliver my order. I had already paid the balance a few days before straight into their bank. I rang them and explained this to them and the person I spoke to said he would sort it out and the ring me back. He did not ring me back. I tried to ring them several times and I could not get through. So I left it. A few days later I got an email saying that they would be delivering my order on a certain date and would keep in touch. The customer service was not good and they did not do the job they are supposed to do for me.

I ordered items,which I have previously done, to be delivered to an Amazon locker facility, however this has been ignored and instead delivered to my address and subsequently left with a neighbour.

I am upset that my instructions have been ignored.
The ordering system is not transparent and if I order through Amazon again I feel that I will have to screenshot my order to have a record.

Amazingly Helpful and Professional! We booked a repositioning cruise across the Atlantic in 2019 (date not available in the menu for Trustpilot) but the day we were to fly to Miami all US 737's were grounded the last minute just as we were pushing back from the gate. There were no spare flights anywhere and no time to dive the vast distance. When we got home we called Royal Caribbean and they quickly answered and the rep said they would gladly refund the fares but would wait until the conclusion as often passengers later finds ways to meet the ship. 24 hours later we found a cheap flight to the Azores and got there two full days ahead of the ship and had no problem showing our passport and boarding. They were expecting us and had even called a couple times to check on our travel to the Azores.

I got my hats, they were exactly what I ordered only thing bad is that shipping took way longer then stated an expected,then when I reached out to them I didn’t get no response what’s so ever so communication needs to be better but I am happy with my things

Speedy delivery and good communication. The only down spot is they ran out of a color of a product I wanted.
