They DON’T care about you……
I had the most unpleasant experience of my life with this company! After an 11 hr flight from the UK and a connection/waiting time that took us another 11 hrs ( 22 hrs in total ) I arrived at this company with my disabled wife, an autistic son, and two other relatives to collect our car ( paid well in advance, over a month before ) just to be told by the most unhelpful member of staff ( a female team leader, sadly I was so distressed that I forgot to get her name ) that my reservation was cancelled!!??!!
No matter how many times I tried to reason with this insensitive person I got NO SUPPORT, even tough I stressed that I have a heart condition ( I was shaking in front of her all the time, but she couldn’t care less ), she was aware of my autistic son running up and down outside the shop, my wife on clutches, and all the rest of the family plus 8 pieces of luggage, all she had to say was that I didn’t arrive on time therefore the car was no longer available…. We tried to contact Rentalcars.com several times during our ordeal … but none of the numbers were available, both me, my two local nephews and the useless team leader! I came from another country and was left on my own, after paying for a service that was not provided, having to fight over the phone with several staff members of the booking partner Rentalcars.com the next morning and finally, 12 hours later being charged a penalty of three days rental, having to rent ANOTHER car and wait 7 working days for a partial refund for the first car that was cancelled without notice, having to take two Uber to transport my whole family and luggage to my final destination, I can surely tell anyone thinking of using this USELESS company: AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! They will ruin your holiday… Both FOCO Recife and RENTALCARS.COM Scammers! I for sure will NEVER AGAIN use them. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the service.
Horrible adventure
Horrible adventure. Cars were not available, shop at Congonhas airportnwas not on location as described. We had to pay extra or use a car which was far too big and energy consuming.

Skyscanner show you this company on first place - they have no bad prices - but the customers service drama - trying to exchange your order for more expensive cars and insurance - no be surprised when you spend double or more, than you planning.I used this company 3 times - and 3 times too much !.
