Horrible company! The tent I purchased from them broke after 9 months. I read on their website that they have a one year warranty so I contacted them. It takes them 2 weeks to reply! They asked for proof of purchase and photo of the damage which I provided to them this took them another two weeks to respond. Their response this time was that my item was purchased over a year ago and it was out of warranty mind you the receipt shows the date of purchase which is October 2024.. I contacted them in July it's not my fault they take weeks to get back to customers! I still have 3 months of my warranty left and they are saying it's been over a year. . They purposely take forever to respond to you hoping that you're warranty expires and they don't have to help you. For the exaggerated amount of
$400 dollars for a little tent you would expect they would have better customer service. What a joke!

Thank you Trustpilot! I nearly bought from Alventor until I read your reviews. You saved me £700. Trustpilot= 5star reviewer. Now checking is my standard practice before ordering from ANY unknown suppliers'. Maybe a trustpilot warning link or star referance should be added to all suppliers quotes.

Bought it through Amazon. The tent was great for the first year but shortly after the warranty expired there became issues. It was used many times and was a family favorite. The panels became brittle and cracked when touched. Eventually full sections would crack if bumped. Went from loving it to being sadly disappointed.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst service ever ! Tent arrived, put it up for very first time and discovered a hole in the top (we knew it was there as it rained and EVERYTHING got soaked! Contacted the company to less than helpful service. Told to fox it myself?? Paid over a thousand pounds for an item that got put up once, was damaged on arrival and told to fix myself? Have been emailing back and forth since JULY!!! They now don’t reply at all. The seems on the tent also leak so it’s completely useless even without the gaping hole in the top! They now don’t reply to emails and I’m left with a £1000 tent I can’t use?? Absolutely shocking service so a so called “family company” DO NOT BUY. The products are poorly made and shipped from China. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and you’ll be wasting your time and money. Avoid at all cost

I have x2 bubble tents very flimsy at zipp both have tore from the sticking and tore along the plastic.

I have emailed there support listed on the website messaged on X-twitter and had no response.

Shoking service after spending over 1k

We love it at first we’re going on our second year and because water pools at the top which we always took off the water, There’s all these slits that happened and it’s all ripped on the top until they can improve the top. I will never buy another one of these.

I am really impressed with my 4m Alvantor bubble tent. I bought it as a second from John Pye for £40 and it has changed our summer experience. July in the uk has been dull and wet but we have been able to set up our 8 seater garden table and have friends over to enjoy eating outdoor without getting wet. Condensation is an issue when the air is still and it does get very hot when the sun comes out. I’m not too sure how the bubble will stand the uk wind but until then I am using it every day.

I get more use out of my deck with my Alvantor plastic hut. It covers my 4 piece dining set and allows me to extend my season. No need to remove and store cushions every night. No worries about bird droppings on my table to clean up before I can set the table. When it gets warmer I can open the doors for the breeze to blow through. I was unsure if it really would allow me to get more use out of my outdoor eating area but I'm eating on my deck more that I ever did before. Just wish I could find a way to cool it when it's really sunny and hot.

Worst "shopping" experience ever!
I ordered the mosquito tent three weeks ago directly on their website. Everything went smoothly until I payed my order. Since then no news from the company despite sending 6 reminder emails. On their website it says it takes two business day to ship the product. Luckily I have an online shopping insurance so I handed over the issue to them. It seems they have closed shop and keep accepting new orders. Stay away from this scam business.

Scam alert: alvantor.com: Deceptive Business Practices is what alvantor.com practices! Horrible quality and they don’t send you what you ordered! I bought a portable bed and here comes some ugly tent that has no shape or form!

This is the worst company on planet earth. Their customer service is disgusting and terrible. They make your life a living hell whenever you try to return a tent. I would never ever purchase a single item from this company. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Buyers be aware. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM ALVANTOR. I tried a million times to contact them on the telephone. No one returned my calls. Finally I emailed them. By the time I received the tent my event had already passed. The tent was still inside the box unopened. I paid over $800 Canadian plus shipping and taxes and they wanted to refund me $125.00 for a $800 tent. Paulo, the customer service representative was taking the whole process as a joke. This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my 42 years on planet earth. This is a drop shipping company with zero customer service skills. This was the worst purchase of my life.

Disgusting and unfair customer aftercare. I purchased both the 10ft and the 12ft domes. Both of which are completely useless in less that 6 months of use! The items have fallen apart, have holes, tears, seams become unstitched and leak so bad that they can only be used in good weather which completely defeats the object!!!

Despite numerous and arduous conversations with alvantor, the best thee would do is to send me a sewing kit and a role of tape to fix the items myself!!!! I do not want to repair £1000 worth of tent myself! I would like a refund or exchange!!!! I saved hard to purchase these items which are now completely useless! To add insult to injury, I get an email from them asking me to retract my bad reviews in return for a “gift” ?!?

All I want is an exchange or refund!

Spent £550 on this piece of rubbish, 2 months of light use the plastic ripped away from the zip. The 12 month warranty is an offer a 15% and a role of £9 tape which they send you via Amazon. After emails after email, they upped the refund to 30% and a thank you for your understanding email. I just wish I had read all the great reviews on this site before I wasted my money

Poor quality material. Plastic panel split on second day. Multiple pin holes appeared. The company suggested this was due to transit, but would not refund money without us first sending the tent back in original packaging (which we no longer had). It is now packed away with multiple tears/spilts and repair tape all over it. Lasted six weeks before we gave up.
The company did send out covers, tape and lights as a good will gesture and their correspondence was very timely. Unfortunately the tent is not in a fit state to be used anymore.

Absolutely terrible, bought a bubble tent and after 3 uses it was coming away at the seams. They tried to offer me a repair kit (needle and thread) to sew it myself. After several weeks going back and for the with emails they offered a 15% refund on a £700 tent that is falling to bits. They said the only way they could refund in full is if we sent it back in the original box which after a month since purchase we did not have. I was happy to have a replacement and wait for them to be back in stock,but they wouldn’t do that either.
Customer service is shocking they don’t read what is in your emails or respond properly and just send generic emails, so frustrating. They also used my pictures for their advertising without my permission one of which had my daughter in, which is not good at all.
I would not recommend.

Aweful quality and rude customer service. They do not stand behind their product. Fake one year warranty. The bubble was advertised as a winter bubble but fell apart when it got cold since the plastic was so cheap. Also, all the seams came apart. I was at local ski resort and saw sam bubbles all taped up. The manager said worse thing they ever purchased. If your from CT, go to powder ridge and see for yourself. I am happy to provide email feed from rude customer service.

I purchased this bubble tent in the Fall. I popped it up quickly to be sure we had all the parts, the zippers worked and there were no holes. I didn't put it up until December when the weather became colder. We decorated it up so cute on a Friday. Used it Friday, Saturday and Sunday before it rained and became windy. Here there must of been a small hole in it, that became bigger with the wind. I contacted customer service, and was told because it was more than 72 hours since I received the bubble they could only offer to send me repair tape and refund me 5% of the price. I was so disappointed in the customer service especially after spending so much money on the product. The sad thing is, we enjoyed the bubble for that 1 weekend and posted numerous pictures on Facebook and had many inquiries about where I purchased it. Now I have to write a post to tell my friends it's not worth the purchase. So sad.

In the process of trying to return. Received product cheap product too expensive. Felt very claustrophobic inside the bubble tent not good for hot tub use or any other use. Contacted company less then a week after receiving have to request a return authorization and they keep sending emails back and forth. 20% return fee and I pay return shipping so I either keep the $500 plastic tent or give them $100+ for them to keep it. If that doesn't tell you how bad the company is you have to pay them to keep their own stuff. So frustrated!

Terrible quality and service - DO NOT BUY. Purchased a $500+ bubble tent, and received a tent that probably cost $10 to make. The tent is extremely flimsy, and is made of very cheap plastic. Customer service has been awful and rude, and will not accept my return.

Really annoying company. Product is a tent for a bed. Very clever. Listed on Amazon.co.uk. I thought I'd track back to the supplier. Alvantor.com sell their products and post worldwide for understandably very high postage. I did a bit of research - unfortunately I mistakenly submitted my email, Now getting loads of nasty very sales/gimmicky emails from this 'company'. Very annoying. Nasty and unpleasantly intrusive. Avoid.

Actual product is good but a bit overpriced.
