Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. Clearly still trading under false pretences. Money taken but no product delivered and no response to emails. Thankfully have been able to recoup money from credit card provider.

Shoes didn't fit and having problems returning them!

I bought a pair of shoes and they weren't wide enough. There was no address on the receipt but one on their website but I emailed Always Riding for their return address with no reply. So, I returned the shoes to address specified using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Today, I got a message from Royal Mail saying that Always Riding no longer trade from that address and RM are returning the shoes back to me. I have now been frozen out of my Always Riding Account and they don't reply to emails....Looks like I will have to contact my bank [Shoes were £115 and bought on a credit card]...Very very poor service from Always Riding!

Dreadful Service

After 21 days, no delivery and several unanswered emails I've given up and asked for a refund. I don't know if this is a genuine shop or a scam. Either way it's the worst customer experience I've had. Take your money elsewhere.

No problems. Item arrived safely, when they said it would, and it was exactly as described. I'd have no hesitation in ordering from Always Riding again.

Now disputing through card provider

Update:
There is no way to communicate with this company. If it weren't for the other reviews I'd conclude the whole thing is a scam. They charged my card >3 weeks ago for an order. They have sent nothing since the automatic first email confirmation - no contact of any kind. And they certainly haven't posted me the shorts!

I am now pursuing this with my credit card provider (lucky I didn't use a debit card). If that doesn't work, the next step is the small claims court. If you actually want to receive the product you ordered and were charged for, don't order from this company!

Unclear what's going on with my order. I've been charged, and heard nothing since (over a week now). Tried to track on the website, no luck. Contacted support, no response (not even in their stated window). Contacted support again, crickets so far. Maybe the shorts will show up...otherwise, I suppose I'll need to pursue a chargeback since they clearly don't respond to emails.

Incomplete order one of three

How did you do? Not very well, I’m afraid. I ordered 3 pairs of Chrome merino wool socks. The money left my account swiftly, but I received one pair only. This was in a roughly wrapped grey plastic bag, and certainly not to your normal level of service. The accompanying paperwork was ambiguously worded such that I am unsure as to whether the remaining 2 pairs are in transit, or the money is to be refunded. So far, neither case is clear. I didn’t want to give you a poor review before the matter is clarified but as I haven’t received a response, I feel it necessary.

Poor customer service

I ordered two items, advertised as in stock, on a Sunday. I asked about my order ETA on Wednesday. I didn't hear anything until the following Monday - when I was told both items were out of stock.

I was offered alternative items. Seeing as the response time to email contact, and seemingly thier stock control, is so poor I requested a refund instead. This took a further 3 working days to be processed.

Looking into their delivery t's & c's fineprint apparently 4 working days before dispatch and a 48hr email response time is to be expected. No warning of this on product or checkout pages of course.

My expectation was that, within 2 working days Always Riding dispatches my order or I'm connected - to explain why this is not the case. Neither happend. I will not be shopping with them again.

Very Good service. Delivered very quickly, customer service was good and answered my email within 24 hrs.
