Was very sceptical at first as I have never heard of the company, but shopping was easy and delivery was very quick so I will probably use them again in the future

My first purchase and could not be more impressed. Fast and secure delivery. The regular updates were very much appreciated as well.

After 1 month and a half of waiting, my order never arrived.
They have mentioned an expected delivery date 15 days after the purchase, and then extend it for another 15 days and extend it again for another 15 days. I ended up canceling my order.
If you need what you are ordering to be delivered in a reasonable time, better to buy somewhere else.

Ordered a phone, which never arrived. Contacted dhl who said that apparently the phone was sent to a pickup station that was never communicated to me (although i ordered it to my home directly) and picked up by someone who wasn’t me! They told me I should contact the seller so they can start the formal process of finding the package / refund etc.
Signed a formal declaration saying I never received the order. Now after, more than a month since the buy date, alza is saying that dhl told them the package was delivered (not to me, but alza doesn’t seem to care) and so they are not doing anything.
This is fraud.

I made the massive mistake of trusting that a product, in my case a motherboard, made my MSI would work flawlessly. The board was behaving like a spoiled child and only working when it wanted to and couldn't complete basic tasks like overclocking my RAM with the EXPO profile and the M-Flash feature breaking after 1 single BIOS update. Had to reset CMOS to get it boot again and still some things were broken.

Luckily Alza's very long return policy allowed me to return the board and although the issues i had would've been reported as "we couldn't find any issue with your product" or "it was user error" by most other sellers. Alza just returned my money and called it a day, the amount wasn't small either at 200 Euros. To have a 30 day return right is insane, most only give the lawfully required 14 days. This really helped me out as i had bought my PC parts through a period of 1 month and i was waiting on my last part to arrive before building. Most of the other stuff i couldn't return even if they were to be broken. But since the board was purchased from Alza i had the 30 day return right and returned it after 26 days, aka 1 day after i finished building my PC. For PC parts its very hard to return them as for some reason, every company has their head up their ass and blames the user for all and every error with the product.

Alza doesn't produce things themselves so all i can judge is how they handle shipping and returns. I had a great experience personally.

I bought creality hyper PLA (black/white), the price on this site is extremely good, it arrived without issue and is performing as expected (same as hyper PLA bought directly from the creality store) I will likely purchase it here again.

I am a customer from Austria. This company has TOP service. Even if there are problems, help is provided quickly and is always very friendly. I will only buy my electronics here again. The service is better than Amazon!!

I am so happy about my new water kettle 😄. It's so beautiful. I bought it while on holiday i Germany and had it delivered to the hotel I was staying in.
