Dubious delivery dates
I wouldn't buy anything from here again.
They list 'earliest' delivery times, but the items aren't actually shipped until days later.
This is misleading and dubious.
They're supposed to suggest availability like competitors, but the delivery isn't even possible.
The product itself is flawless. Hence two stars.

Pathetic Service
They always delayed and annoying the customers by keep the status of goods as "RESERVED". I ordered on Wednesday morning but it was not dispatched for next two days then I cancelled it.
I again ordered after sometime but the result was same so I am now going to cancel my order again.
My two experience are awful just because of the delayed in delivery. On the otherside it is hard to contact the customer service.
I will not recommend this website to buy anything from it. Alza is not deserved for even a single star.

I ordered rtx 5090 msi Suprim
I ordered rtx 5090 msi Suprim, waiting times were longer but you need to consider that since it's coming from Czech Republic. The main reason why I refused the pickup in DHL Shop is because when DHL worker showed me the Box, it was OVP, no additional shipping Box or anything to protect OVP and the GPU inside. So it was poorly and unsecured sent from a far away. Its just unacceptable. After i refused the pick up I didn't have any information for the next two weeks about my Money return. Than I sent them one email, after which I got my money back, so at the end was all fine, but the waiting times and bad packaging are the real concern.
