I have ordered an Laptop at the shop in Leiden. The fact that the person who took the order could not give me an indication when the laptop will be delivered was already a red-flag, but in my stupidity I have ignored it. After a week of waiting and no indication from the shop, I decided to check the status in the shop. I spent over 45 min waiting for someone to clarify what is the status of my order, Obviously they did not have the laptop but even worst, they had no clue if and when it will be deliver. The shop is drama, very un-professional. It was last time I visit them.

For the AMAC in Leiden - I have been there multiple times to ask for advice on products but am often met with unknowledgeable staff. Almost all staff that I have talked to have been low energy and always look awkward or like they want to go on break. Each question I have asked has been half-answered. When I asked for a calculation on my monthly installments for the product I wanted, the staff member did not know how to calculate and tried to rush to close the topic.

I went there with a broken iphone 10. They made me pay 40 euro's to diagnose the problem. After 2 weeks they called me to inform me that they can't fix the phone and that i need to buy a new one for 900+. After this i bring the phone to the repair shop on the corner and they fixed it in 2 days for 60 euro.
