Terrible business practises.
I guess it was good service, but I didn't appreciate clicking on a 155kr arrangement that turned into a 200kr one on checkout because I'd been automatically "upgraded" to a better arrangement without my consent. Dodgy at best, possibly illegal at worst. The flowers were delivered on time but the card written in a simple font really took away from the message. I'd at least hoped they'd put some effort into that.
Downgraded to one star for the shop calling me twice on a Sunday and saying they'd refund my money if I removed my review.
The response below is a lot of crap. You called me twice, on a Sunday, on Valentines Day no less and you tried to bribe me to take my review down. I'd go down to less than one star if I could and I've reported you to Trustpilot for trying to alter your ratings. So, to everyone reading this, if you wonder why they have so few negative reviews, you can guess why. I won't EVER deal with this business again. Keep the 50kr refund. I'm not interested.

It is true that when we show available bouquets on overview pages, we state price as “From 155,00 kr.”
When you navigate to the product page, you see that the bouquet has four variants and the default selected is the second cheapest, that has a price tag of 200 kr. in your case. We recommend that variant as a presentable bouquet. With one mouse click, you can choose a different variant.
In the “basket” we show you the chosen price tag again, and during the checkout, before you go to the payment section, we present the price one more time, now with the price of the delivery shown as well, as this is when we know, where to deliver the flowers.
Therefor we do not buy into the idea that your order is being “upgraded without your consent”. We do not run a “dodgy” or illegal business. We are a certified “e-mærket” webshop, and as you can see, if you visit “e-mærket”, you are entitled to have your case reviewed by “e-mærket” if you think we are acting in an illegal manner.
The free card is printed out the way it shows on you screen when ordering. We have a selection of nice flower cards that all cost 12 kr. When you buy one of those, we put an effort into selecting a font and scale the text to fit the card.
It is true that I have called you on a Sunday (twice because you did not answer the phone on the first attempt). That is because we believe in having a nice chat about your opinion as early as possible.
As I told you on the phone and as you might have picked up during your visit in our web shop, we do have a satisfaction guarantee at Amager Blomster. Therefore, we shall return the difference between the 155 kr. bouquet you wanted and the 200 kr. bouquet you got.
I dislike having this kind of dispute in public, but we do not think your accusations should remain unchallenged. We have had no other agenda than to follow up and hear if there was anything, we could do. Most people are pleasantly surprised to get a call, but we realize that not everyone, obviously, likes our follow-up.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolate with good variation of chocolate to choose. Service is on point with constant update on email. One of the florist that does delivery on Sunday and lots of praises from receiver on how pretty the bouquet is and chocolate is of good quality.
