Rang the customer service to find out …
Rang the customer service to find out how and when the item will be dispatched, simply because I needed to plan it accordingly with the departure on holiday. The woman on the phone was not even trying to be helpful or polite in any way. The item arrived much later than promised and instead of being put in the nearest post office, it was driven to a different one and left there instead... I have nothing against the shop itself or their prices, however it would be nice to have a more polite customer service representative at the other end of the phone line, should any questions arrise. It makes the whole experience much better.
