Absoloutely terrible service from the Rouse Hill/Castle hill store. The table came damaged, i have sent multiple responses and still havent heard back from the team. They dont seem to answer calls despite me sending emails. Product is of poor quality.

Do not buy these products, it is flimsy and falls apart after a couple of uses. I raised a concern and followed every recommended action by the manufacturer and was told it was an assembly issue not manufacturing. The front of dresser falls apart and cam locks continually fall out even after tightening almost daily. I adjusted the cam lock pins, remade the drawers and I purchased both the tall boy and dresser and had the same issue with both. I purchased a different bedside with no issues and have assembled a lot of furniture with no issues. Poor quality product! Do not waste your money

The warehouse staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and genuinely apologetic while doing everything they could to help. Unfortunately, the incorrect stock confirmation from the sales assistant resulted in a wasted trip, a long wait, and a purchase I wouldn't have made had I known the item wasn't actually in stock. Better stock verification and staff training would greatly improve the customer experience.
