I ordered a K47 Glass gun decanter from Amasonmall.com on Jan 19, and i kept emailing them and never got no response, so i opened a dispute with my cc, and i finally i received a cheap plastic bottle opener, instead of the gun decanter. Then i got a response from my cc that said they put the $27.98 back on my cc, because they had documentation that i had received it. I called my cc and told them i received a plastic bottle opener, so they told me to take it to the post office and mail it back to them and sent the receipt from the usps to the cc. Took it to the post office to mail, and the address is in Hagerstown, MD, and is not legitimate. So, i called cc and they told me to mail it to the address anyway and sent them the receipt that i mailed it. So we will see what happens next. I can no longer get on their website, and there is no phone number. I called the number on my cc statement {thats behind the business that you purchased from} and that is EBAY, and EBAY told me that OUIY GROUP opened a account with ebay and is doing the transaction through ebay, but they have a record of my fraud charge, and if they recieve enough, they will remove him from EBAY. So, please...everyone who has had this fraud happen to them, please call the number on your cc statement, behind the merchants name, and explain to them what happened, so they get more complaints and the OUYI GROUP is kicked out of ebay. If you put it on your credit card or your debit card, you can get reimbursed for the fraudulent charge-its just king of a pain in the behind to do, but we do need to do it to stop people that take advantage of people like us. Its not even the $27.98 that i am concerned about-its to prove a point, and get people like OUYI GROUP busted!

I ordered a ceramic table top heater on 12/28/20 from Amasonmall and I have been trying to get and get the run around. I have asked for my money back and to cancel the order back in January 2021. They have sent a tracking # since December which is no good and finally they said it was delivered and signed for on 2/9/21. I have sent 2 emails to them saying it has not arrived, no one has signed for it and to send me a copy of the signed for sheet. I have not heard anything from them and I want my money back.

Never received item. Fake shipping and they do not reply. All they do is take your money

Scam never received my package i ordered in December they emailed me saying it was delivered to the post office I called post office they have no record of this delivery and the tracking number shows no info

ordered a treadmill and received a belt for iPhone ;five weeks later, after this delivery no more contact possible and address no longer traceable. Pure scam, now getting my money back ... :-(

Amasonmall.com is nothing more than a FULL BLOWN SCAM ordered computer & got mouse & return address does not exist, now the ip address has disappeared AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Full on scam company who advertise on facebook, you cant get in touch with them and they will provide you a fake tracking number.
100% DO NOT USE or ORDER from this company.

They are just scammers who promote one item and deliberately send something totally different. I ordered a big decanter and glasses and got a very cheap bottle opener which was not mentioned ANYWHERE. They offer you a progressive discount knowing you have to send the item back to China, this is part of the original plan. IT IS A SCAM, avoid at all costs
My bank refunded the money and Paypal have also, they also paid for the postage fees to send it back. Just avoid the whole drama.
