Great communication, confirmed that parts were correct to VIN for me. Delivered on time & all fit perfectly.

I was sceptical, since the 350Z engine part (valve bucket) was 4x cheaper than what my local (Finland) Nissan dealer asked for. Got the part and it’s genuine OEM factory part.

They do not have any control of old parts that are auto production, but for the rest of the parts, they are pretty amazing

I have on numerous occasions ordered parts for an older Honda that were no longer available in North America, or were exorbitantly priced due to scarcity over here. I have routinely found the same parts, at some times as low as half the price as in Canada, and the shipping is always reasonable and affordable.

They also always beat their deadlines, my current order in right now was supposed to get to their warehouse by November 7th, but they got it today on October 30, now they have received my parts from their distributor and say I will receive it on the 9th.

I wouldn't suggest ordering parts you need the next day, but they are excellent if you are capable of planning out your fixes and maintenance to allow for shipping, they have had everything I needed at a reasonable price always.

Despite most of the time you will only get info on the availability of parts after you create an order, I will continue to order from here as the customer service and message system is very good, gives a sense of trust and security on the purchase.

I have been using this company for a while now because most times their prices and shipping cost are the cheapest .

Absolutely great company. Helped me find a rare part for my car and for a good price, sent it well packed.

I had to wait to send payment for parts until they verified that they could fulfill the order. Verification was made and I sent payment for parts. A separate message was sent to pay to cover shipping. After payment, another message was received the next day, saying that the parts were out of production by the supplier and a refund would be issued. Amayama then used some of the money from the refund to put towards shipping costs on a different part, WITHOUT MY CONSENT!

I did not intend to order an individual part. I was only willing to pay the rediculous shippings costs (ontop of pricey parts) on a bulk order.

I highly doubt I'll ever use buy from site again. The illusion of having unobtainable oem toyota parts stock, is the only reason I considered being a customer. That turned out to be false. I see the part is still liste, left to lure in more potential customers

I paid. Than they changed shipping omn their own snd wanted me to pay more. 4 days still hasnt shipped. Ill update review when contacted by customer service. My usual distributor is great but been out of this item for months. Hope i dont get scammed.

They even refunded some of the shipping costs because the box was not as large as originally anticipated. They kept me updated on shipping status from order date to delivery. I have ordered a specific bearing. With Original Toyota part number. They helped me to be able to pay by Credit Card as I wasn't able to pay through Paypal.
