related to spares availability Amayama got a range of available spares specially for old cars models , but i wish they improve in shipping and delivery time , as it takes up to two months sometimes

Had never heard of this company before so was apprehensive about dealing with them. I am so glad I did as they were efficient and kept me updated the whole time as to what was happening on my order. Would definitely use them again!!!

I had serious doubts about ordering from Amayama. Everywhere else I looked the part (a speedometer gear 33403-39495) was discontinued and there were delays in getting answers to questions that I asked. It also took awhile to get here but considering no one else had the part I don't mind. The price was very reasonable so I decided why not, wasn't like I was going to loose much if they weren't valid. Got the part today and it's exactly what I needed!!!

I received a defective new part for my Nissan. I contacted Amayama and explained what the issue was and also sent a picture with the new part installed an a reference from the shop manual, which helped explain the issue. Amayama immediately sent me a replacement part at their expense. The new part arrived within a couple of days and worked great. Their support and professionalism to make things wright was amazing. I have and will continued to purchase parts for my Nissan from Amayama. I'm 62 live in the United States and have not experienced this level of support and professionalism in a very long time. You cannot go wrong with this kind of support.

This is the third time I have used the services of Amayama Trading and can only give them the highest recommendation. They are my “Go to” for all parts Honda. They take care to obtain the correct parts and find the best method of getting those parts to me.

I ordered a part which was supposedly in stock. Got immediately informed that they need to order it from the supplier side. They even gave me the option to cancel my pending order.

In the end from the point of order to arrival of the parcel it took them 11 days between Japan and Switzerland. Which I think is crazy fast!

Ordered windscreen jet nozzles for my 25-year-old Toyota Previa. Very good experience from selection of original parts using part numbers via Car VIN number on the Amayama website, to delivery of order. Excellent & quick communication by Amayama before and after order and delivery was as promised, item posted from Japan arrived in 5 days. Packaging material, sealing and packing were all superb. Overall, this is a great Japanese company which provides excellent service and original Toyota labelled parts from Japan at much lower prices than the Toyota dealers in the UK that I contacted. I'll use them in the future for sourcing parts for my three Toyota cars.

Great company for Honda parts and cheaper than UK. Seller communication great, if any problems they will inform you, been buying from this company for a few years now without any problems, I would award 6 stars if I could.

I've used Amayama lots over the past year (2024-2025). Finding parts is very straight forward. Even for my 1980's car, the parts diagrams part code searching are excellent. The ordering process is unusual in that sometimes your order is held pending availability and/or size/weight checks for P&P. This isn't an issue if you go into the ordering process with this understanding, and you're not in a mad rush. It's normally resolved in a day or two. Sometimes there's an option to ship from UAE rather than Japan which can speed things up for UK orders, although part and P&P prices do differ. The messaging system works well to keep you updated with your order progress, and the same system can be used to ask questions back. I've always had a response, and usually they answer my question well. Response times vary, but I'm not usually left waiting more than 1 or 2 working days. Items arrive about 2-3 weeks later, well packaged. As others have said, if you need something in a rush then there may be better options, but Amayama are very competative on price and have access to many parts unavailable elsewhere. I've had one issue where UK Parcel Force failed to leave a note when the delivery was made, resulting in the parcel being sent back to Japan (no fault of Amayama's). The delay meant I had to get the part locally at a higher cost. On contacting Amayama, they agreed to a refund without any quibbling. In summary, not the fastest way to order parts, but prices are good and so is customer support. They get my vote.
