I would give minus -10000000000 if possible. I bought "Growth Pricing plan" with additional Amazon FBA learning. I was a bit busy with my full time job and after 2 months I login back into Amaze Owl to continue my course but the course no longer there and it is vanished.

I send email to Amaze Owl and get an automatic reply that I will get a reply within 24 hours. I waited 2 days , 3 days and a week , as a conclusion I didnt get a reply.

Tried to go online chat , tried in the morning, afternoon, night , you will a get a reply message from online chat that we are not available or online now.

Honestly speaking, I would recommend other people to go for other product like Helium or Jungle Scout.

This support and overall experience is really appalling. Very very very unprofessional service. Don't waste your money to buy this product especially when you are new to Amazon.

I am a bit disappointed with this program since I am having real trouble getting the display to work on windows 10. I`ve tried both 32 and 64 bit versions and that didn't work. I tried a workaround that helps but for something that is paid I don`t see how it just doesn't work as it should. I`ve tried some of the competitors and they all worked fine on my windows 10 64 bit Microsoft surface pro, and the workaround I`ve used is specific to programs that have compatibility issues with windows 10. On the other hand, the research tools seems nice and I would have used it more if it worked properly.

I think even for experienced sellers this will be needed because it is giving you a snap shot of the whole market for any niche. to find them one by one is not easy. the problem is how correctly you use it. i suggest, first we have to learn it fully, then its benefits will prevail other software. i love it a lot. a full picture of the market you have chosen is right in front of you. its very easy to work with, to test it if its real, just use chrome extentions on any products pages you found in that niche, then you see how close you are. thanks

I have had Amazeowl several weeks now. I have listened to all the tutorials, but I still can't get it to work correctly. I have tried to contact Amazeowl to find out what I am doing wrong, but to no avail. I have now cancelled my subscription. Whatever parameters I set it would tell me were wrong. It could never give me the 'Buy Price' as that only every showed '0'. I thought
initially this would be a really good system to use, but I am now just very disappointed.

So far I havent used the service much have been sick

The main panel of software is too slow, updating products take hours, they should automatically update products, you can mark as "auto update" but it is not working properly. They say "we added fast update option", but I am not sure about it's accuracy. If you track a product, they always recommend irrelevant competitors, which means their artificial intelligence is brainless. Of course it is not comprehensive tool like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout, but if you looking for cheap options, Egrow is definitely better option. Amazeowl even does not have an extension. I hope they catch up their competitors soon.

Easy to understand, fantastic beginners tutorials, very near accurate data, Affordable.
In my opinion as a beginner Amazeowl is the best.

I had a hard time the other day searching for products. It would tell me to change the filters more broadly or do a reset to get the filters back to it's original settings. Nothing worked for me, couldn't get in. I just gave up.

Amazeowl is awesome! Love help me and my business a lot. The costumer service is friendly as well.

Amazeowl makes understanding the market easy. As a new beginner to Amazon FBA, I would be totally lost without it. Thank you for a great software.

It is good for find the product but sometime It is slow .

Hi: I think Amazeowl has many useful functions. My real concern or problem was that the chrome extension was no longer available or presently not available. The constant "refreshing" after doing any task was mildly annoying and there should be an update to the software to be able just smoothly go from one page to another without the constant refreshing.That all said what the program is to do, it does. Its easy to use and great for beginners.

well every time i try to do something i get a message that i have to download it againand again. updates take forever

Great system helped me find my first product

I give Amazeowl 5 stars for helping me evaluate top competitors and identify high potential products. Amazeowl is a valuable tool.
The reason for the 3 stars overall is because it’s not user-friendly in terms of how long it takes to download the information.

This app is a huge time saver. Worth the cost in gold once you know how to use it. Highly recommended!

I've been using it for 2 years now and am very happy with Amazeowl. It shows lots of information to do your deep research. My favorite one is to check the history of changes on a competitor's ASIN. See where it started selling and what change triggered it.
On the other side - don't expect any of these Amazon tools to do the complete job for you. They are all based on best guesses. You still need to check many other places before investing your money in a product.

I find AmazeOwl to be a good tool and that’s what it is a tool, to give you an idea of a possible winning product. It’s up to the user to do more research to make sure that what AmazeOwl gives you is close to what you came up with from the additional research. AmazeOwl is a great starting point

Ok tool for beginners, but it is super slow, sometimes does not load and there are a few other things to fix. Also, way off with the numbers.
