Un- Amazing glazing
2 months ago I foolishly asked them if they could repair a small leaded glass cupboard door, of which they agreed and took it away early November, after I returned from a family crisis in December I was informed the glass wasn't ready. I rang before Christmas and spoke to a really partronsing character bordering on rude who told me the repair still wasn't done? ( I think he thought because I am female he could be so condescending) Getting concerned I sent 2 separate emails through their website received no acknowledgement nor reply, tried telephoning them on all their branch numbers and unable to get through. I can only assume that after nearly 2 months they cannot do the repair? They are so rude. I don't think they want the work, have asked for door back. The whole situation has been un nerving.
