Terrible service got worse worse all money me and my husband spends . Harder to get refunds deleveries awful now never used to be

The delivery drivers are a joke.
Why bother asking for delivery details when they are completely ignored?
I am a shift worker and constantly get disturbed no matter what I try, including notes on the door with 10 different languages to be helpful.
Come on delivery guys please translate if necessary on Google etc and help and not hinder the British workforce.

Excellent service provide by the amazone. Yesterday night I was placed an order. They are super fast. Within 9 to 10 hour I have received. Awesome guys keep it up.

I am truly disgusted in how Amazon UK treat their customers! This really new to me: Rudeness from Amazon delivery driver, refuse to deliver my item as I didn’t show my personal ID, nonsense from Amazon asking ID for standard postage. Driver now mark my item as it was refused at the delivery address – Why Your Delivery Driver Very Rude To ME and Refuse To Give my Purchase?

If everything good - it's good, but if it isn't - that's only yours problem. Nobody cares, nobody will try to help you on Amazone :(
No ordered item, no money back. I wrote messages and asked to solve problem or return my money, but nobody there cares. I NEVER will use Amazone again :(

Are forced to close my creditcard, not support, no mails, no help from that..

Used 2-3 hours, could not find any help or support(only links, no person og people to talk to).. its at joke.. dont give them the cardnumber when using there homepage.. after deleting my info, they keep charging my card for no reasons.. I would call it SCRAM, but its hard to understand that Amazon.co.uk is cheating customers and after 2-3 hours of look for help it is still impossible.

I have never bought something, where there should keep charging from my account.. I will never use them again.. My trust is gone, used them for years..

I ordered a book that I couldn't find in my city. But shipping was the same price as book itself. Later I found this book in the bookshop, and you know what? it is still was cheaper to buy on Amazone. That is great that I can find almost anything I want there.

I have been using amazon for years and their service is getting better and better every time I buy a product that is fulfilled by them.
