I used their services twice, and in both cases they were able to reactivate my account. The first case was very fast and the second case they have to work harder including escalation.
Their response was fast.
What I didn't like is that the second time I approached them I expected to get a significant discount, given that the first case was very easy - only one letter. All what I got was $250 discount.

This company is a fraud, they take your money and send generic emails, they do not fight on your behalf, and they dont even care to try and help you resolves the matter with KDP. STAY AWAY!

Avoid this company if you don’t want to lose your money, time, and possibly your last chance to work on Amazon.

The main person in charge, Vera, is very friendly and calls every day to assure you they’ll solve your problem—right up until you’ve made your payment. After that, she disappears, and you’ll never hear from her again. I emailed multiple times asking to speak with her, but she never called back.

Once they get your money, they hand your case over to a team located somewhere in the post-Soviet region. The team speaks broken English and clearly doesn’t understand Amazon or how to handle cases (to be clear, I know there are good professionals in every country, but not in this company’s case—at the very least, they should be able to communicate fluently in English).

Everything they send is just ChatGPT-generated templates. They barely check them, and they have no understanding of the client’s specific situation. They even mix up data, so you’ll need to double-check everything they do.

They promise to escalate your case to Amazon’s higher-level teams or send emails from a lawyer, but the email addresses they provide didn’t get any responses. Honestly, you can write a template letter yourself, and you’ll do it better than they can.

I strongly advise against working with this company.

Thanks to Anastassia who was assigned to my case. The company creates an Appeal Letter specially created for your case that you must submit throw your dashboard. I went to the point of escalation where they provided me an email to send my appeal to but I got no response from the escalation email address. I resolved my case (account deactivation on Section 3 due to identity verification issues) on my own by providing the exact document AMZ was asking for but Amazon Sellers Attorney was a valuable help telling me that my case was due to identity verification issues (as AMZ is not accurate in telling you the root cause of the problem). I didnt reach to the point of their sending a letter to AMZ legal department because my problem was resolved but Amazon Sellers Attorney said they would do it if needed and I trust that. All the time I felt the support from this company as they were always replying back soon and keep reviewing the tons of emails I have sent.

I had my ACX account terminated. I sent a few emails myself and got no response. I hired AMZ and sent their 1st appeal email. 2 hours later I got an email from ACX saying my account had been reinstated. I was led to believe it was impossible to get an Amazon account re-instated by other attorneys and internet blogs, but AMZ did it and did it FAST!

Awful service. I paid 1400$ for a copy/paste/montage letter can be found all over the internet. Nothing was personalized. I got my Etsy shop permanently suspended just the day of the appeal submission. Very disappointing.

UPDATE - OCT 10, 2024 ***** My KDP account termination was reversed! After that horrible experience with Amazon Sellers Attorney - I did my homework! I spent about an hour and a half researching the most recent legal org chart of Amazon - and yes, you have to dig around to find it, but I did. From that, I gleaned names of Amazon and Amazon.com, Inc. top level lawyers. Then, I went to a website, which is Washington State Bar Association and verified these lawyers were indeed employed by Zon, and the site provided their email addresses! So, I composed an email, and attached copies of examples which supported my case and sent. It took about 10 days, and then for some reason I went into my KDP dashboard and all of my books showed up. I rec'd an email two days later from the head of the KDP business segment which confirmed they were looking into my appeal. So far, so good. SO DON'T BE FOOLED BY AMAZON SELLERS ATTORNEY. They do NOTHING to get appeals reversed, at least on the KDP platform.. sending a template email to Jeff Bezos and Andy Jassy? That's a "cheap fake."

They didn't really have an attorney handling the appeal on the KDP termination I rec'd after 12 years of self-publishing for reasons still not apparent. I asked when I first paid for their service to find out exactly what the reason was for my sudden termination. I was told it would take months to get an answer so I was to follow their appeal process. That was mid-June. The lay person assigned me simply composed one appeal document that I continued to send through my email address under my name multiple times until it got bumped up to the next level. There are 3 levels. But when addressing these emails to the top two Amazon Officers, I had sincere doubts it was going to be reversed. I waited through it and my instincts were correct. No reinstatement. I was told success rate for KDP appeals was 80%. Not believing that for a second.
