A company built on lies
My experience with American Limo of Florida has been nothing short of appalling. From the owner, Lenny, down to the management, this company operates with dishonesty and zero accountability. They overcharge affiliates and customers without hesitation, and when mistakes happen, their response is essentially: “It’s not my problem.” That’s not just poor customer service it’s a complete lack of integrity.
Their chauffeurs often do not speak English, which creates communication barriers and shows a lack of professionalism. They engage in false advertising to lure clients, and behind the scenes they hide in the shadows of Dade and Broward county inspectors as if they are untouchable. This is not a company you want to do business with.
If you’re considering affiliating with them or working for them, think twice—actually, think a hundred times. You would honestly be better off working in a retail store than dealing with the corruption and disloyalty here. They thrive on deception, and that’s not an opinion it’s a pattern of behavior.
For anyone reading this, take my warning seriously: avoid American Limo of Florida. Protect your money, your business, and your peace of mind.
