I love the selection and have a friend…

I love the selection and have a friend who sent me here, so I knew they were legit. However, after I ordered, for some reason I cannot sign into my account. It told me my password was wrong so I attempted to reset it. After trying twice, I did not get a reset email. Also, when I did try to sign in and it rejected my information, it kept taking me to a blank white page that just says forbidden. I just want to be able to access the site to check on my order and order more stuff? Can you help me figure out this issue?

I ordered once before years ago and…

I ordered once before years ago and everything was fine so decided to order again. I ordered shoes two weeks ago and haven’t received nothing but my order confirmation. I’ve called and sent emails but haven’t received nothing back. I keep getting put on hold and told to leave a message. I cannot get in touch with nobody! I need my shoes for my birthday next week or refund my money!

AMI Clubwear never... ever... again!

AMI Clubwear lost our trust as an online store completely!! My partner bought a couple of bathing suits no knowing my size. I cannot fit in any of them so I did not even try any. On top of that I only opened one and as soon as I realized the wrong size on all of them, I closed the bag thinking of returning everything. How surprised I was when I found out that they don’t accept returns? Online store does not take returns? What am I supposed to do with all of the stuff? How am I supposed to trust them when making online purchases?!?! Now, I am left with unopened bag with 10 bathing suits! Never again.... ever... all stores are back with their pre- covid return polices but them? I think they just found a way of making money so think twice before you buy something from them!!!

I would not even give amiclubwear 1…

I would not even give amiclubwear 1 star! I purchased merchandise online in January 2021 and still waiting for my merchandise that fedex marked as delivered on Feb 8, 2021. They did not deliver it to my address as I was home the whole day and my camera does not show any delivery on this day and I keep gettting the runaround from the company and fedex telling me that I need to make a claim through the company. I did that and they lied to me and said they made a claim but when I contacted fedex they told me there was no claim and informed me they would get back to me with in 48 hours and here I am, 5 days later and haven’t heard from neither the company or fedex. I still do not have my order I paid for and neither company gives a crap. So I’m out money and time and can’t get ahold of anyone live from the company I purchased the merchandise for and fedex tells me they are the ones that need hto make a claim. Fedex sucks and amiclubwear sucks!! Do not buy feom this company because you probably won’t receive what u pay for and will lose your money and this company won’t give it back to you

I’ve sent multiple emails been on hold for hours only to be told to leave a message each time. I received my order not only did I receive two right shoes they were both different sizes, I WANT MY SHOES!!!

I get a response because I left a bad review and I am told to respond to the support ticket that has been emailed to me, and guess what no support ticket has been mailed to me. I am currently on hold right now waiting to talk to someone as I have been doing since Last week.

All I want are the shoes that I paid for a right shoe and a left shoe in the correct size!!!!

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! Purchased several items. Received 3 out of 5. Left several messages on voicemail and via email. It’s been more than six months. No response. If you cannot take care of your customers get out of the business! There are many other sites/stores to shop from 🙂

Amiclubwear, horrible items, horrible customer service

Amiclubwear is horrible, terrible, unprofessional with returns/responding and selling bad bad condition shoes. I bought some boots from them (3 pairs), when received, TWO items were badly badly damaged, and they were VERY OLD looking. I contacted them and they responded they can do an exchange only, I told them I cannot trust they will ship me a good condition item so I prefer a refund, they said they will check with refund department and get back to me but they NEVER did. I sent countless emails after asking for updates and what's going on but they never replied. You know what they say, "You get what you paid for", well I say, "BULLSH*T". I bought what was on their page displayed in THE PICTURE, not what they delivered. If Amiclubwear is going to send me a badly damaged ugly old boots, then they should have displayed that picture so I know what I am getting! They are HORRIBLE with this ordeal. GOOD LUCK WITH AMICLUBWEAR, HOPE YOU WON'T GO THRU WHAT I WENT THRU! I'M DONE AS A CUSTOMER...!

I wish I could give a zero review

I wish I could give a zero review. My order came over a month after I ordered it when the expected delivery was a little over a week. I sent a plethora of emails and phone call voice messages and didn’t get responses to anything! By time I got my order it was weeks past the event I needed it for. To date I haven’t gotten a response and this was months ago. No point in trying to return with this TERRIBLE customer service. Don’t recommend.. save your money.

The company needs new buyers!

I shopped with Amiclubwear for years, and never had a problem with the products or orders. The shoes and boots where beautiful! Great selection and prices! But now, their selections have changed, and unfortunately I’m not into stripper looking heels or attire. I love shoes, and I’m just very disappointed! I won’t shop them, until they get some better buyers!

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I placed an order back in October and one of the items I ordered was part of their “expanded assortment” which I completely understood however it is now January 1st and I have yet to receive the item, ive sent countless emails since October and I keep getting the run around. I keep getting multiple automated emails and then when I finally get a response It’s an email saying my refund request has been received and will be sent to the refunds department & says you will receive an email confirming your request which I have yet to receive anything and that was a month ago. I never got no confirmation email for my refund, so I had to start the email process all over again and once again I received the same automated emails over and over again! I just want my refund.

No refund for goods not received

Terrible customer service and they take zero responsibility. I was charged $346 for goods and shipping. They sent me a tracking number which never updated or said delivered. Amiclubwear claimed that FedEx delivered the box once I sent a complaint email. They took over 2 months to supposedly settle a dispute with FedEx and issued me a refund of $156 which they claim is what FedEx granted. They then sent an email with their store policy attached saying they will not issue a full refund because per Karla, once the package leaves their facility, they are no longer responsible. I am now out $200 for goods never received.

Ordered am item On Monday at 6AM

Ordered am item On Monday at 6AM. Needed the item by Friday. Paid almost forty dollars for two day mail. Bought another the same day, no rush shipping just standard. Got an email notice late Wednesday stating both packages were sent out. Checked both packages tracking number and bother were to be delivered the following Monday. I emailed to complain that I wanted my shipping refund for the two day delivery since they shipped it late and their response was it isn't our fault. It left the warehouse at the appropriate time and that Fedex was backed up and didn't process it in time and that they were not going to refund the extra shipping. Would not recommend purely on poor customer service and lack of accountability on their part. Karla in customer service needs to be replaced. They are building a terrible brand.

was sent a tracking #. FED EX clearly stated the shipping label has been created but they never received the package. Per AMI via email they stated FED EX will update the status within 24-48 hours. Its been 4 days since my package was "claimed" to be shipped. They seem to be sending everyone the same email response. Per the fed ex tracking # my expected delivery date is 12/10 but I clearly doubt I will be receiving a package. I will def dispute with my bank.

Half order arrived

Today, 12/8 I finally received the clothing items but I am still missing the shoes. The clothing is beautiful but I really need the rest of my order. Maybe plan more ahead if you want to order something for a special occasion and I really think the company should send email updates without us having to reach out to them. It would be better if their website stated shoes will be sent separately or that they are a specialty item and take longer or whatever we the case is.
