Brilliant experience. Qasim is an absolute star. Helped me throughout the process. I have used their services twice now & will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

After I paid them for Umrah, they called me continuously to increase the price by £400!!! After I refused, they reduced the increase to £200 which I reluctantly ended up having to pay to secure the booking. I was told that for this extra money, I'd be at a specific 5 star hotel but on arriving, it was a different 4 star hotel. When I queried this, they blamed me for paying the extra, and blocked me from their number, how RUDE! If there is an issue, they should resolve it professionally and not stoop so low as to block someone from communicating with them. Also when arriving to Jeddah airport, their transport was over an hour late to pick us up, and once again they straight away blamed us for it, even though it was not our fault. If you get any problems, they immediately start blaming you and getting defensive. I don't mind issues as I understand they can happen but I don't appreciate their bad attitude. They are not Atol protected. And they also kept asking me to pay different bank accounts in different names. DODGY. AVOID.

My family has been Umrah 3x with this travels.

It was my first experience wid Amina travels for Umrah.since i approached them everything went quite smoothly from hotels ,tickets transportation every thing was superb Alhamduillah.A big thank you to Mr Ahmed who was thr through out the process from finalizing the trip till we came back.I must say they are very professional and trustworthy.i would recommend it .

We have just returned from Umrah and one of the very first things I wanted to do was to write a review for Amina Travels. I found this company via google search and submitted my enquiry. Not only did I receive quick and efficient response from brother Ahmed Raza, he also found us a better package than a few other companies I had enquired with. We booked our package a few months in advance and throughout this time, Ahmed kept in touch with us to keep us informed of everything we needed to know. We were travelling with an 11 months old baby and Ahmed took that into account while suggesting our package. Ahmed guided us for each and every step to make the journey as easy as possible for us. He was also always ready to help whenever we needed, he answered all our questions we had and more. It felt like we were dealing with someone who wasn't just selling us a package for money, he was actually interested in making our experience the best. He always communicated with respect and professionalism. I can not recommend this company enough, they are brilliant.

I don’t even know where to start, I initially started my enquiry for booking ummrah with Amiga Travels, I was speaking to an agent named Qasim who was extremely helpful, I was then informed by Qasim that he was leaving, he gave me another number of someone he assured me would help me fully. I spoke to a man named Ahmed, I cannot thank this man enough for helping me and my family make this entire process easier. I was asking for one thing but Ahmed gave me something so much better than I could ever imagine. He was so helpful in booking, he understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen, he always made sure that we got the best of what we asked for and worked late hours for me and my family, he really really helped us and I can’t thank him enough. I would definitely recommend Ahmed to everyone who asks me for ummrah as this man will work legnths to help you get what you want. I asked continue questions in hours and out of hours. I made an inquiry from Amina Travels couple of months ago about ummrah package but then decided not to book with them after reading reviews. I still receive calls and messages from them to ask if I'm still interested. I just received another call from them again, the travel agent (don't want to mention his name) was really unprofessional, insisting on a ummrah package without understanding of customers requirements and wishes. I've never had such unprofessional experience before as a customer. As a travel agency they need proper customer service training.

#Umrah🤲🏾📿! I have had a trip of a life lifetime which I give all praise to the almighty for…Alhamdulillah! However I had to fight tooth & nail with #AminaTravel! It was really stressful…..#The Irony! Whilst the agent was friendly, he seem to do what he wants rather than deliver on what I as the customer wants or paid for! Like trying to give me a 3*Hotel when I’ve paid extra for 5*. There seem to be no room for addressing complaint either! Spoke to someone/manager who never got back to me in addressing my concerns. I shall definitely not be a returning customer. I will advise go #DIY in pair/group . Check the Saudi website…they have made it more accessible & informative to everyone!
