Lengthy delivery time.
My order took 8 days to reach me. Not ideal when you’ve been used to the customary delivery time, and are desperately awaiting pain relief…..What happened this time Amma? I can see from the envelope this wasn’t down to the postal company. You’ve always been a reliable company in the past. Will be cautious in the future, and am looking elsewhere as a back up now as I’m concerned this will become the new norm.

Great product overall. Only reservation is that the tea bag was of poor quality resulting in the bag breaking when the string was pulled allowing the tea leaves to escape into the water.

Just to let you know that since Brexit (2021), we no longer charge tax at point of sale for non-UK orders. That means all products have the 20% VAT taken off it once you select an EU country. This is so that each country can collect its own taxes at Customs (instead of the UK collecting it and passing it on to relevant countries).
As you correctly state we cannot have any influence on this as it is will be based on Custom rules that are individual for every country, but it seems in this case that an approximate tax of 20% has been applied and would have been similar (perhaps £1.50 more after working out conversion rates) to what you would have paid with VAT on the product.
I am not sure why a Customs fee was not charged before, I hope this explanation helps.

The bottle is very poor quality which…
The bottle is very poor quality which means that it drips when you open the top as well as when its closed, unless its placed completely upright, it doesn't seal properly, resulting in waste. A very expensive fault in the the bottle. Will not buy again, despite liking the product. Disappointing

Dear Lu. Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that the bottle did not suit your needs. Due to the nature of the oils being a thicker consistency these are best used when the bottle is always upright after opening. For products that are suitable to be taken with you once open, we suggest the water soluble sprays or CBD oil with spray lids. Alternatively, the CBD capsules contain pure CBD oil encapsulated, giving you another convenient option for taking CBD supplements wherever you go.

I wouldn't trust to get my CBD anywhere else

Fantastic experience
My experience with Amma Life has always been excellent. Great quality products, delivered promptly and with care.
I have been suffering with poor sleep for months and since I started taking the CBD paste, I have been sleeping so well and waking up rested and refreshed.
My plantar fasciitis has also eased and I’m able to walk my dog without any pain now.
