Sorry that there were issues with your order. I can see you emailed us over the weekend and our customer service team responded the first working day after the bank hol weekend. Shipment details are sent automatically via email.
You ordered after 6pm on 1st May, your order was dispatched the next working day as promised. Unfortunately after 5 working days it was clear your order was missing, this is the recommended time to wait before arranging a replacement (you chose the free 1st class shipping option). Our team responded promptly and sent a replacement package as an upgraded Next Working Day delivery which has since arrived.
Thank you for letting us resolve the issue for you.

The product is SUPURB- just love the tea! The only reason for a dropped star is the lengthy payment process every time - I’ve got used to the ease of PayPal 😊 otherwise fab!

We welcome your feedback on payment options, and would make it a priority to add PayPal to our customer payment options. However, due to strict rules for CBD companies, that is not currently an option (PayPal regulations do not allow transactions for CBD related products).
