Exceptional service on product transfers
I needed to transfer 3 buy to let mortgages to fixed rates very quickly as rates were rising fast. I contacted the company to find out my options and was very impressed with the prompt response from Lawrence. I had a choice of deals within hours and also Lawrence increased my terms by 10 years at the same time. He phoned me and was very helpful. The offers were made and accepted within 24 hours. This took a huge weight off my mind and everything completed very quickly without any problems or delays. Exceptional service that I would highly recommend. A totally hassle free service and no fees to pay! BF August 2022.

I have been user this broker since 2015 and they have helped me with my mortgage offers on my fixed rates since. They are approachable and I you converse with a person.

Common sense approach, excellent service
After reading their many positive reviews, I contacted AMN as I had a number of product switches and remortgages that needed attention. AMN responded very quickly to both emails and telephone calls, and when a simple question was asked, a straightforward response was provided. All switches and remortgages now completed, and I am very pleased and impressed with this firm. I will be using them again in the future.

You will not find a better service…
You will not find a better service anywhere- these people respond so quick, and it is the easiest process you could ever experience. Everything is laid out with the quotes and legal forms they need to send. If you have a mortgage enquiry use these people they are fantastic. For my product transfers there was no fees to pay, they get some money from the provider as every intermediary does, they are the best out there, and I have used a lot of others.

What can I say
What can I say!
Lawrence is King of Cool.
My Hubby was a newly qualified GP and was doing locum work until he could find partnership. So obviously did not have the conventional proof of earnings that regular mortgage brokers require to find mortgages.
Lawrence and his team were amazing!
Our move has been one of the most stressful things we have ever encountered and being a doctor and nurse is saying something!
It took over 9 months with sellers having issues with evicting tenants from the property we were purchasing and having 3 sales fall through on our property!
However, Lawrence was always there for us. Was so reassuring and had a calming affect when I rang him in a panic, which happened fairly frequently!
We had to extend our mortgage due to the delay, which he sorted out for us so quickly.
He gave advice when buyers brokers were incompetent and we felt like we were being messed about.
He sorted our life insurance, which was again, was complicated with my husband’s medical history.
We will not be going anywhere else!
Words just cannot express how truly thankful we are to Lawrence and his team.
