Dreadful, the drivers cannot find address so will dump yer stuff. Sadly Evri use these numpties.

I was looking for a company to collect some boxes from Lochgilphead and deliver them to Oban. It was a complicated, time sensitive job. I spoke to Elizabeth and she sorted me out, organised everything, gave me a very good quote, and kept me up to date with the process. Jack contacted me, collected the boxes on time and as discussed, kept me up to date, and delivered them with a smile on his face.

Elizabeth, Ewan, Jack and the team were
professional, helpful, flexible and well priced, and helped me out of a sticky situation! I understand that logistics is a tricky business and things don't always go according to plan, but I would not hesitate in trusting my most valuable possessions to this company... Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Utterly, incredulously THE MOST AWFUL!!! cimpany I have EVER had the misfortunate to come across. This outfit are used as a 3rd party by Evr! which is the main courier used by Next and other businesses. Unfortunately, one of the companies I regularly buy from in my new postcode area having moved house recently, is using evr! which means I have no choice but to be at the mercy of AM Transport for those deliveries. I have consistently had the courier in my area refusing, yes, refusing to follow specific delivery instructions to not wander round my grounfs or gardens, I have a pathway from road leading STRAIGHT to my frontdoor. and details advising ' no driveway access, use front gate on road only'. This guy deliberately, ignores all of that, parks in fri e, walks across our lawns, dumps item at the BACK door! even jumping over 2 fences! in order to do so and deliberately ignore instructions. When we complained, it got worse, he became aggressive, threatening, and shouted and sweared in disgraceful manner, calling names, refused to leave property!!! then, in further deliveries..they went 'missingl
' with fake photos being created as proof of delivery. Items never appearing despite being logged by him as 'delivered', he then went round new neighbours..asking about me!! to find out where I worked!!! somebody told him, and he went to my office to shout andswear at me! then later that week knocked on my door at 7am in pitch black, demanding to speak to me..having parjpked in my driveway and walking across private lawns yet again., he even admitted! going to my office and asking neighbours as if he was justified in doing so! shouting at me, shoving a rude letter in my face. Appalled and shocked I shut the door , but this behaviour just continued. More missing parcels , over and over, i later found out that other women inlocale have had similar wxperiences and complained about him, nothing was done!it has made me ill with stress, A M claimed there have been zero complaints about him, which I now know is a lie! Evri refuse to investigate ... this courier and company are a disgrace!!! dangerous! horrible, just a disgrace! Please avoid this awful business.
