3 times I’ve requested a withdrawal and 3 times it’s been cancelled by them. Customer service is a joke. They just give you the run around. Do not use this site, they will not pay out.
Update make that 4 times. No customer service. Keep getting the run around.

Love the selection of games, some of my favourite on this site, after making a couple of deposits had a few good wins. Withdrew some of my winnings which took about 2 days to complete. I was worried this was scam site after reading the reviews while waiting for my withdrawal to be processed, I've unfortunately come across a couple of scam sites over the last few months, But everything seems good so far.

Won. Had some marathon game playing also. Was told withdrawal would take 24hours and it was a little longer but am just waiting on my bank end.
It left casino at 4.30am AEST and it's Saturday here.... Xmas and boxing day bank closure so gotta wait til Wednesday before bank opens.

Opend an accaount and made a deposit to get first deposit bonus. Did not get the bonus. The Chat told me the administrator said i can not have the bonus. So its straight out scam. Dont play there.

Withdrawal took quite long, but after a message to 24/7 chat I had my money in a few days. Some of the games do not work very well on android phone, but overall I would say I might play here again.

Here is my story:
I tried this site 2 weeks ago and I did a deposit.. which was around 100 USD in my local currency. I managed to wager the first deposit bonus plus I had some nice wins so I built up my balance to around 650-700 USD. When I tried to cashout my winnings I should have selected a withdrawal option but there were no withdrawal option available for me. I contacted the live chat and they confirmed to me that there was a technical issue and the technical team will come back to me once it is resolved. I waited a few days I got no reply so I sent a note to the support team and asked for an update. They informed that there is no update as yet I need to wait more.
A day later I asked for an update again... they said I had had some unfinished games that was why I did not have any any withdrawal options... and cashout should work now. But when I tried it was the same... I still couldn't initiate the withdrawal. So I contacted the support team again and ask them to manually transfer my balance to my Neteller account or to my bank account but they completely ignored my suggestion. Then I decided to lose intentionally half of my balance in the hope of that they will payout my winnings if it is a smaller amount, but obviously it was just a false hope. After a few back and forth emails they come back to me again with the same pointless idea that I had some unfinished games that's why I am not able to initiate any withdrawals... which is funny because a few days earlier they confirmed it themselves that they found some unfinished games in the system and they finished them all manually for me so I had no unfinished games left. That was the point when I gave up and realized I will never get any money out of this scam site. I still have around 300 USD balance probably I will just put it on the ZERO in live roulette and lose it in 1 go and forget this scam site forever.

I am not reassured about anything on your scam site. You are giving me this reply here but just FYI the ISSUE HASN`T BEEN SOLVED YET.... it is still impossible to request a cashout from your site....so yeah it is very reassuring.... with your reply you just justify why noone should ever play here. If you post a reply like this then at least take the effort to fix the issue first.
I flagged the problem many times to live chat and to support team... and they simply didnt care at all. Not having any cashout option is a huge issue which should have been taken seriously, but this casino simply didn't care. It was a torture to get a simple reply out of the support team with 24 hours waiting between each email... and all of the reply was some kind of standard copy & paste nonsense... I saw zero commitment towards resolution.. the issue is still open after weeks... and I personally believe that it is intentional in order not to pay my winnings to me. I play on many sites and this is the first casino where cash out options are completely switched off... and support team doesn`t care at all about solving the problem... in fact the live chat just wanted to get rid of me as soon as they could and close the chat on me. It is not really reassuring so I really WARN ALL FUTURE PLAYERS NOT TO PLAY IN THIS CASINO.

Im a swedish player and none of the top providers are avaible..did a deposit with trustly/bankid wich the Faq on the site states is a "instant withdrawl". It shouldnt require any further id check, thats the point with trustly.. Been 20h since i made the withdrawl and support claims that they might have to wait for financial department,(their own faq says that only withdrawls of 1000€ may have to be checked. Mine is 400..Note that their website states that trustly is instant both deposit/withdrawal but apperently not. I will post as soon i hear from them

These are terrible here, in fact I wonder if i will ever get mine.

It takes three days to request your documents. It’s not possible to send these earlier even at own request, after sending the documents it takes 3 days to check these..... and in addition it can takes another 3 days after the documents have been checked to process the withdrawal.

In my case the validation was the same day, so i had good hope.

But my withdrawals where canceled.... Reason I did not forfill the wagering yet.
There own website shows i did, balance bets shows I did but the system says I didn’t.

So I can see i placed over 5K in bets, support can see it, but the system tells i only bet 800€... so i have to wager more, although any additional wager will also mot be added to the wagering....
