Very responsive, and good, clear advice and implementation

Anderson Harris's Tom Rimmer was understanding of our mortgage needs and sourced an excellent re-mortgage deal for us. He was proactive with the changes to mortgage rates and was happy to listen and check on new rates that I had heard about.

Tonie kept us updated on the progress of the mortgage, which provided me with the reassurance that everything was been handled correctly and would be switched over in time, which it was.

Harry and the team did a great job as usual making mortgage renewal as seamless as possible. Slightly complicated by split products from a previously ported mortgage, but his advice and communication with the bank resulted in the best solution for us.

Adrian and Amber offer an impressive and personal service, making the process simple and straightforward.

We could not recommend Tom highly enough. As first time buyers my partner and I would have found navigating the mortgage process a lot more daunting without Tom. He made the experience a lot smoother, straightforward, and a lot less stressful.
