Went into Andersons with only an idea of what we didn’t want for our new kitchen! Kerry kindly gave us some brief information regarding their product and left us to browse as long as we wanted without pressure. Immediately Kerry’s approach appealed to us. When we did find a kitchen we felt would work for us Kerry could answer any questions with definitive and knowledgeable answers. We knew then we had came to right place for us. Kerry designed our kitchen which was exactly as we wanted in style and shape. Any changes we wanted were made with ease on the day of our appointment. We were so pleased with the service and knowledge we received from Kerry we felt confident to buy our kitchen from Anderson’s without comparing to other companies. We were also replacing all our appliances and Kerry provided us with plenty of options from all price ranges. At no point did we feel any pressure to opt for the higher cost items. Kerry was so helpful and approachable and even when we had anything at all we wanted to change it was never a problem and we 100% got exactly what we asked for. We opted to have our fitting by Anderson’s too and I would honestly say this was the best decision ever! Stuart and Jamie from MSC were amazing from start to finish! Seriously nothing at all was a problem! Whatever we wanted we got 100%. Stuart dealt directly with Kerry during the fit if he needed anything which was a great bonus for us. Nothing at any point since we walked into Anderson’s until Stuart and Jamie finished our kitchen was ever a problem. We would 100% recommend Kerry and Stuart and Jamie from MSC but please make sure you have a great supply of biscuits as Jamie really loves a wee biscuit or two! We can genuinely say we have had a faultless experience.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. Caitlyn was so lovely and helpful working on the design She listened and understood exactly what I wanted but was confident suggesting different finishing touches. All of the staff in store were very helpful anytime I popped in Also Paul and his full team (plasterers etc) were all amazing doing the prep and installation. More than happy to carryout unexpected changes (we decided to remove a wall when the old kitchen was ripped out). They worked very hard, tidying every evening before heading home and have finished my kitchen to a very high standard. I can't praise them enough. Thank you, Helen McCall

Delighted with how our kitchen has turned out and Andersons were great from start to finish. Very professional but always friendly and very quick to respond to any query we, or our joiner, had. Kerry produced a fantastic design which was far better than alot of other designs we had from much more expensive kitchen designers across Glasgow and Edinburgh. All in all, great experience and I'd highly recommend Andersons and Kerry.

The service we received at all stages of our new kitchen installation was exceptional! The initial consultation with kitchen designer 'Joe' who expertly planned and designed the layout of our new kitchen.
The delivery of units/appliances to my home was scheduled with various drop off days which meant we never had a storage problem.
A special mention to our kitchen fitter 'Alistair' who went above and beyond the basic installation and provided bespoke solutions to complete the outstanding look of our new kitchen!

We walked into Andersons (Barrow) not knowing alot about kitchens we spoke with Tasha and she got our style straight away she worked her magic and came up with a design we could have only dreamed of! She was always there for help and advise along the way and made the process so much easier for us. The kitchen fitter Mike Davies was absolutely fantastic from start to finish the quality of his work is outstanding between them both they're a dream team!! Absolutely 100% recommend them both

Having chosen a kitchen with another company we were let down and had to start from scratch again. What a great thing that turned out to be. We have ended up with a fabulous kitchen from Anderson's and the service has been amazing. They really listened to what we wanted and helped with the practicalities of what we could do to get our boiler built in. We also ended up with extra storage too. The fitter Steve from the Carlisle branch was brilliant and did an amazing job of fitting it all so it just looks great. I couldn't be happier

Our second kitchen from Andersons. After moving to a new house where space was limited, I had firm ideas of what I wanted to fit in and Greig, certainly made my ideas work! Everything went smoothly and Ian fitted it superbly, checking we were happy along the way and suggesting small tweaks to make it better! Recommended!

I had been to several companies for kitchen designs and quotes before I went to Andersons. The experience felt much different and more positive straight away. Kerry was amazing from start to finish: so efficient and she asked me questions that no other designer had thought of. The design she produced was expertly thought out. She has been so easy to deal with and managed to get me my absolute dream kitchen at an incredible price. Kerry is exceptional at her job and I can’t thank her enough! I will definitely be recommending Andersons to anyone renovating or looking for a new kitchen.

So pleased we chose Andersons Kilmarnock, for our new kitchen. From our first visit to the showroom & meeting Kerry our designer, who showed us lots of options, on units, worktops, etc the customer care was brilliant. Davy the fitter was first class, he also coordinated all trades. The staff in the flooring department were also really helpful. Really pleased with our kitchen & lovely people made the whole experience great.

Having looking for a new kitchen engaging a couple of suppliers I found Andersons a company that provided a design that had things in I would not have had thought of rather than a more basic options others gave me this together with the kitchen fitter they suggested for the job being superb

Both made the experience with getting a new kitchen an easy and pleasant experience, even though not everyone loved my white kitchen choice it fits in with me and a kitchen that does not get much sunshine.

Having previously purchased a kitchen from Andersons, we knew the level of quality and service was second to none. When we moved home there was only one place we were going to go. Kerry was outstanding from the start of the project all the way through to completion. She helped us with every aspect of design, even coming out to ensure dimensions were correct prior to fitting. After sales service and support is different class. Rab and the rest of the deliveries team couldn't have been more helpful and were great guys too. I can't speak highly enough of the Andersons team.

From our first visit to the Dumfries showroom we knew we were in good hands with Anderson’s. Jessie the designer listened, taking on board our needs and making suggestions we didn’t think of, Michael the joiner and the rest of the team were a joy to work with. We would happily employ any of them for future work in our house.

Just had a kitchen fitted by andersons in carlisle. Callum the kitchen designer was really so helpful and gave us good ideas and helped us through the whole process. Steve the kitchen fitter was so meticulous and was also a clean tidy worker and even came at the weekend. And also Martin the electrician was a lovely clean worker. Finally the delivery driver mr walker and his assistant always came on time and tidied up behind them. All round a brilliant experience. Thank you so much.
