I live 300 miles from Andertons but never hesitate to order whatever I need. Though not necessarily the cheapest, in my experience they are 100% reliable and I'm always impressed how quickly my purchases have arrived. The staff too have always been efficient and helpful.

I have purchased from Andertons Music quite a few times now for a few years to be honest, mainly online because I live in South Yorkshire (Doncaster).
I have alway's had very informative communication with whoever has answered any questions that I've asked them when I have phone with enquiries about products.
Their delivery service is excellent and the iterm/items arrive quickly and undamaged. Almost everything that I want is in stock even if it's the last one available.
I can highly recommend Andertons Music for their excellent service with exceptional combination of their experience and communication which in turn makes for a pleasurable experience.

Knowledgeable and honest the guitar I ordered had been on display I was contacted and informed by the staff of this and was told it had been checked and there were no marks or scratches but could cancel my order. The guitar is perfect and delivered on time. I can’t fault Andertons they are a great shop.

In my case, delivery was much faster than any of the local parcels here in the US. I purchased a left handed sire bass I couldn’t find anywhere in the US. A v5 24 fret 5 string ! Love the bass !

Recently purchased an Ibanez Iceman from Andertons, inquired prior as I'm located in the US, finish only available in the EU. Couldn't be more pleased, huge hats off to Jackson Green in particular--Jackson and the team absolutely went above and beyond to answer any questions, check the instrument before shipping, and clear care given to packing. i did my research, looked at the Andertons site and they had the MP8 Pro by Morningstar in stock, i had several £££s of loyalty points i had saved up, so ordered it with a bit of a discount too!

Had a great experience. Team was super helpful and helped me find the best one of the model I got. I was sad that the model I wanted was out of stock only to see it back in stock after I returned home, but I'm from the US so there's not much to be done about that.

I traded in 3 guitars for 2 new ones plus a couple of crash cymbals. Paul and Chris in the high end guitar room are super friendly and helpful, great cup of tea also, cheers! Paul especially is very knowledgeable about the guitars they sell, I first met him at Andertons when I first bought a guitar there in 2021, Paul I think specialises in high end guitars, he’s the resident expert I believe.

I really like Andertons, it’s probably my favourite music shop. I met Capt. Lee once a couple of years ago, he happened to be walking through the shop when I recognised him from their YouTube videos and said hello. He was very friendly and took the time to chat for quite a while, we talked music, guitars and stuff. I left most impressed that Andertons appear to really value their customers.
