Popped in yesterday to trade in all my beginner bass player buying mistakes against a more sensible Purchase, staff were brilliant and I had a great experience, the trade in prices were actually well above my expectations and if someone is thinking about buying second hand from these guys I can certainly tell you it was all well tested and checked over Guy who looked after me and sorted everything out, Toby Squared was a credit to the shop and went above and behind to get everything done. Will 100% continue using Andertons in the future.

Great store, well stocked, good prices
Store has great selection of guitars, amps and everything you'd ever need. Staff are very helpful and there are soundproof rooms for you to try guitars out in.
Overall can't recommend this store enough. They have a You Tube channel as well which is well worth a look!

Fender Standard Strat
The delivery service has sent me a text at 10am that my delivery slot is from 9:55 to 10:55... that was the exact hour that i was out....
And also Indonesian Fender Standard Stratocaster has a very fragile Whammy Bar... we had a problem with the screw... so we ordered a replacement Bar...

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the courier’s delivery slot coincided with the time you were unavailable. The order was placed on a next-day service with delivery scheduled between 8 am and 6 pm, with the courier providing a more specific one-hour window on the morning of delivery. Following the unsuccessful attempt on 6 July, the parcel was rearranged and successfully delivered the following day.
I'm also sorry to hear about the issue with the tremolo arm. We would always encourage customers to contact us before purchasing replacement parts, as we may be able to arrange a suitable replacement or another resolution, avoiding the need for you to cover the cost yourself. Parcel arrived on time and then the fun began.
Parcel arrived on time, product undamaged, set up easy, initial use great. Not used all of its facilities yet but if the start is anything to go by, I think I will be very pleased.

Issue with guitar having an abysmal set up. However they offered a solution. Andertons are decent at getting back to you with issues.

Guitar arrived in pristine condition…
Guitar arrived in pristine condition within a few days of sorting out import duties but unfortunately had some issues with the wiring harness. My local shop was able to get everything sorted for about $10 (fixed a few solder joints). Setup on the guitar was phenomenal. Despite a massive difference in time zones Anderton's support was very responsive. This has been a great experience.
