Great customer service. About once a week, I receive an email with a promotion and a picture of a peqr of underwear that is not listed on the Andrew Christian website. That is annoying! Do you know how many screen shots I have of underwear they advertise but you cannot buy. Too many! Their advertising person doesn't keep up with what you can buy!

Cheap and nasty, won’t wear any of the order and probably cost a fortune to send back to the US.
Also, not sure how but I ordered a flourescent pink thong instead of black. I always wear black and wouldn’t have ordered pink on purpose so the website clearly isn’t clear enough when checking out.

Good customer service
Needed to return a couple of unsuitable items for a refund, however this was not as "easy" as claimed on the website. Firstly, I had to pay $7.50 to generate a UPS returns label via the returns portal, but after I tried to drop parcel off at a collection point I was told the label alone is inadequate for customs clearance. So then I'm forced to pay and additional £10.65 to return via the Royal Mail. In total I've had to pay over £16 to return items - half the price I paid for them! Not happy and will not be buying from them again.
Update 4/10/2021: Upon seeing this review AC customer services were quick to reach out and refunded the cost of returns label and facilitated a smooth return & full refund of the equivalent original purchase price in GBP. Thank you.
