Terrible experience - Stay away

Very unprofessional, completely wasted my time. They have wasted a week, saying they have been trying to ship to the UK, but for some reason they mentioned the packages came back to them…then I gave them an EU address and even though we kept going back and forth with emails they informed me that the same thing happened again, so ended up wasting 10 days of my life.

By the way, when the issues came up, they all of a sudden stopped talking English and started emailing in Italian. While I still haven’t received my money back….
