Had these gents clear a garden in Fulham today. Absolutely fantastic, couldn’t ask for a better service and the guys were polite, hard working, and just fantastic. I can’t recommend these people enough.

This is my first review made on any company I've used. As a tradesperson myself, I've realised how important these posts by people who recommend us to others are at present. I would like to say that I've used Andrews Waste on many occasions over the last 5 years as they are much more economical for me than hiring a skip. All of the team really are nice people and always do a top job, theyre on time every single time and the price's always right for me! This is a proper waste company as far as my experience has shown, and I'm always confident in them doing anything with upmost care and attention.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I cant event list the amounts of complaints I have about them, but basically I booked them for rubbish removal and they left me with over a skip full of rubbish and didn't collect it, I had 30 mins to sort out an alternative option before I had to hand the venue back, post an event. Communication post failure to collect has been non existent, event though I have made a formal complaint and was promised a call back from a worker when I called them.
Additional note in relation to the companies reply: There was parking there all day for the van in the loading area, they arrived 1 hour earlier then arranged so I wasn't outside to meet them, they did not call me on the number I had given them to contact me on and couldn't have called the company as its an exhibition venue without a telephone. Also note, they hadn't contacted me, even having sent in a formal complaint, until I started posting bad reviews.

As you know, on the rare occasions we receive feedback of this sort we always look into the situation in detail to see what we could be doing better.
Having investigated we strongly feel that a 1* review is not a fair representation, Our team arrived at your collection address and was unable to undertake your service due to no fault of ourselves.
This was due to yourself not booking our vehicle in with security on the day. Central London is very challenging at the best of times to find parking and there was no parking available other than a red route which is not permitted. Our crew will never park illegally, and without suitable parking, it is impossible to carry out a collection without a penalty.
All efforts were made to contact yourself at the earliest opportunity without success, and the venue was also called to check on parking availability to which we were advised by security that they were not informed that our team would be arriving and could not accommodate as any vehicle loading needs to be booked in beforehand.
Had you used our service, which I'm sure you would have been satisfied with, as are many of our long-standing and repeat customers. We also offed to rebook your collection at no charge as a goodwill gesture.
We have taken on board your feedback and did appreciate it and we will endeavour to continue to improve in every way we can.
