Andy gave our gas boiler it's Annual Service. We've used Andrews Heating Services for the past 5 years.
He is a lovely friendly guy who is always on time. His work is excellent and we wouldn't use anyone else.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Andy of Andrews Heating Services in Weston-super-Mare, and I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience.

From the initial contact through to the completion of the installation, everything was handled in a very professional, friendly and efficient manner. The job was fairly involved and needed to be carried out over two days due to other planned works, which was accommodated without any issue at all. The work was well planned and there was excellent communication throughout, which made the whole process very straightforward and stress-free.

It was a pleasure dealing with someone who clearly takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job properly. The installation was carried out to a very high standard, with excellent attention to detail throughout. Everything was explained clearly, any questions I had were answered, and I always felt confident that the job was in safe and capable hands.

One thing that really stood out and as bit of a light-hearted observation, I have genuinely never seen anyone take the time to line up pipework (which ultimately will be hidden in a cupboard) using a laser level! It might sound like a small thing, but it really sums up the level of care taken with the installation. The end result was an exceptionally neat, tidy and professional finish, with the pipework looking as good as the rest of the installation.

He was also extremely tidy and respectful of my home, making sure everything was left clean and neat, both during the works and at the end of each day. Considering the work involved, the disruption was kept to a minimum, and the second day was completed just as smoothly as the first.

What really stood out was the care and professionalism from start to finish. Nothing felt rushed, and it was obvious that getting the job right and making sure I was happy with the finished installation were the priorities.

The new boiler is working brilliantly, and I’m very happy with both the quality of the installation and the service I received. It’s reassuring to find an independent heating engineer who takes such pride in his workmanship and delivers such a high standard of service.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy heating engineer. A superb job from start to finish, and I’m delighted with the result. Highly recommended!

Andy carried out a boiler service and gas pipe alteration quickly and with professionalism that most other tradespeople could learn from.

Andy installed our new Worcester Bosch boiler last week. His professionalism and workmanship were second to none. It was a real pleasure having him in our home and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Highly recommend Andrew. He did an excellent job of moving and replacing my boiler which was a crap job tbh. It looks really smart, tidied up after himself and took the time to answer all my questions and demonstrate everything. I will be using him going forward.

Brilliant, very well informed, did an excellent job servicing our Vaillant boiler but didn’t stop there, sorted a fault left by the previous heating guy - free of charge. Then gave us a list of advisories, including the roof seal leaking and threatening to severely damage the boiler. It is exceeding difficult to get decent heating/plumbing engineers these days. But Andy is definitely one of them.

Central Heating pump packed up Christmas eve. Andrew could not come until 5th January 26. However, he rang us on the 29th December, came and changed the pump for a new one.
Excellent service, excellent workmanship. cannot fault the service.

Andy is honest & reasonably priced. He fitted our new Worcester Bosch boiler in 2023 & has serviced it annually since. He has always turned up on time, acted completely professionally, completed the work quickly, left everything clean & tidy & we have not had any issues at all.

Andy has carried out another annual service on my boiler and as ever he was friendly and helpful and cleaned up after himself. He kindly took time to talk me through the eco setting on my boiler and set the water temperature lower for me. I highly recommend him.

Andy installed our new boiler, pipework and radiators a few years and has been our go to person for yearly servicing and any issues we've had with the system. Andy recently provided us with expert advice to help me work with the gas supplier who wanted to move our gas meter. His guidance and direction was invaluable in ensuring I could hold the suppliers to account and establish the effective running of the boiler, that overall we were compliant with regs ....and most importantly, safe.
No need to look any further, you have now found the only heating services engineer you will ever need to call.
