Really easy to order,excellent service would highly recommend.

I bought 2 different chairs from them and were told that both of them were real leather. One of them is fine but the other one started pealing off in year 2 already and now it's really bad. When I contacted them, they couldn't do anything because the warranty is for one years and they asked me if I wanted to buy a new one instead.

- I read the response below. I didn’t buy the chair online, I bought in store and I was told this was real leather, just like the other chair I bought together from your store. The other one is not peeling of because it’s real leather. I was misinformed and it’s not my problem that your store is closed now. I purchased many office chairs before, even budget ones from Ikea. It has been 10 years and they are not peeling off. Your chair which you still sell started peeling off on second year and now the wear is very heavy.

You cannot misinform a customer and be surprised when there is disappointment and offer them to purchase the same thing again, only to have the same experience again. Apparently your quality standards are happy with an office chair being used 2 years only and people should know about this.

Excellent website and delivery. Quality desk was delivered whole rather than assembled new from box at property, and had slight scratches on the surface, but nothing serious.

This is the second time I bought a second hand item from Andrews Office Furniture and I am very happy with the item and the service. Communications were fantastic and I knew exactly when my items would arrive. Everything arrived on time and were in exactly as described. Andrews office furniture gave great customer service.
Peter was very welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and kind in helping me find a replacement home office chair. An wide range of new and used chairs to choose from in their Old Street premises. Delivery was £15.00 and the chair was delivered to schedule and cleaned prior to delivery.
Non refundable and no warranty on used chairs so be aware of the t & c's and be very sure what you choose is what you really want.
