We had issue with a leak on the under…
We had issue with a leak on the under sink water filter system, and it probably needed a new washer. After providing a photograph we were told which parts to order and everything arrived the next day - and were just what we needed. thank you for the prompt service

I have always had a great experience…
I have always had a great experience with Andrews. We initially bought our water filter system from them and continue to go back to them to purchase the replacement filters as they are reasonably priced and delivery is fast.

Poor customer service on faulty goods
I bought a berkefeld counter top water filtration. The filter is great but the tap is very impractical. After an initial gush the water then reduces to a trickle. I wrote to coroner services who advised me to dismantle and reassemble. I did, with no change to the functionality. After updating them 2 weeks ago I've had no more response.

I maintain water filters for a church cafe. They're an annual replacement, so quick email an within a couple of days replacements delivered. Excellent filters and excellent service. Couldn't be better!
