Highly recommend for service and pricing
I needed advice about changing my water filter system. There were always staff available to answer my questions either on the phone or on the website and they were always willing and helpful. In the end I didn’t change because I found my current system adequately removes limescale. I recently ordered replacement cartridges. Andrews offer a very competitive price for bulk purchase. Again I had my questions answered to my satisfaction on the website. I cannot recommend them highly enough for service and value for money.

Top company to deal with and delighted with my British Berkfield water filter. Customer service very responsive when I couldn't get my discount code to work. They were also the best price I found with the added bonus of a deal to buy heavily discounted spare filters. Highly recommended.

I found the part I was looking for (copper to plastic adaptor and isolator valve for US style fridge) easily on their website and in a few clicks had it ordered. Good comms on progress (emails to tell me that order was received, in the system and shipped). Took a few days to get here by Royal Mail but that may have been due to delays in our delivery office - post is intermittent at the moment. Took ten minutes to fit and works perfectly. Great experience and happy to recommend.
